We also own the main historical home in front of the subject property and may occasionally be there but it is a complete separate property. Main house and air stream area is not part of this listing. Parking to subject property is in front of garage doors of garage apartment (2 spaces) for guests. 4 guests, max, unless otherwise approved before booking. OTHER NOTES:Seadrift has dollar stores and one small grocery store so you might want to stop in Victoria or Port Lavaca for produce / meat / specialty foods. Port O'Connor has a speedy stop with good meats, too, and lots of groceries / souvenirs. Seadrift is known for fishing. Bayrat guide service (Gary) is a great one if you want to do that. There are about 3 or 4 restaurants in Seadrift. La Terraza Mexican is a few blocks from subject property. Bubba's Cajun Seafood is very good and close to apt, too. You might have to share parking with another guest.Safety devices: There are two outdoor security cameras for the parking lot and patio. Both cameras are used to monitor the property during vacancy.
