The constitution trail is 1/2 mile from the house, great for pets, walks and biking, or, just rest and relax. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and both fireplaces light with remotes. Comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house.
