3-Starhotels in Denver

Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were well equipped, staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were tasty and varied.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

The hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!! The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

De accommodatie was uitstekend. Het hotel had een zeer snelle en efficiënte controle in het proces. De kamer was veel groter dan verwacht, wat zeker een welkome verrassing was. De plek was zeer rustig en het personeel was een grote hulp. We hebben ons vergist de check-outtijd voor onze kamer te lezen terwijl we uit waren voor brunch. Toen we naar het hotel kwamen en onze sleutelkaarten stoppen werken, ging een van de personeelsleden uit haar weg om ons in onze kamer te krijgen, zodat we onze eigendom konden verzamelen. Ik wil ook de groetenkaart noemen die ons in de kamer bij het check-in achtergelaten is. Deze kleine touches zijn de dingen die de ervaring echt verhogen. Hoewel ik zeer zou willen aanbevelen, zou ik graag weer blijven!

As a Hilton gold member I Always make it a point to stay at a Hilton for it good desk service and neat room and this Hilton did not let me down. Location is excellent with 16th street mall at the side Room is clean and neat with comfy bed

Zeer beïnvloed door dit hotel. Over de weg van de treinlijn die je direct van de luchthaven brengt. 10 dollar per trein voor 40 minuten treinrijden. Goede locatie voor de stad. Geen spoelen met schoonmaak. Funky's huis. Waterfles in de kamer en kan worden gevuld uit waterbron in de lobby. Miniwinkel met snacks en apotheekartikelen. De fitnessruimte was heel schoon, met kabelmachine, dummy's, loopband, kruistrainer. Hij had geen beenmachines of schedels. Bevat handdoeken en waterbron in de fitnessruimte. Ruimtevol liften. Had een pot met koffie geleverd, maar geen warm water in de theekamer, maar kan kokend water in de lobby krijgen. Onze verblijf genoten en zou zeer aanbevelen.

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.
