Very close to the airport, and the hotel provides the free transfer from the airport (but needs to be booked in advance). A room is small with small window, but clean. The minus that our room was facing the road, and it was quite loud whole night from motorbikes, so if you'll stay here, ask for the room on the other side. Hotel have a really nice restaurant/bar with good food and prices, so you don't really need to go out anywhere.

The day and time that I checked in at this unit mesmerized me how cozy, clean and with good scent the unit is. For my 3 days and 2 nights stay I had a good night sleep because the ambience is so homey. Not only that the place is near to every shops and malls. What strikes me was the interiors of the unit and the amenities as well. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends abroad🥰

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

We had a great stay at Cozy Stay at Azure. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, including fast WiFi, a PS5, smart TV, karaoke system, and even popcorn, which made the stay fun and relaxing. , I booked a queen room. For my sister and my brother inlaw so that they can relax before ate will go back to HONGKONG for work. At first the room is okay yet they said the room, I booked has problems with some like electrics💔. You put them. In another room yet 2 small separate bed then the shower room or the drainage of the room is clogged and the aircon is not working well its too hot so they put them again in another room, same room separate beds.. You ruined my sisters staycation 💔. Sunday my sister change room again because the room they gave the door is not working well can't be closed they said battery problems..Same room 2 separate single beds omg..the wifi is not good also i don't know but your service is so bad. You ruined my sister and my brother in laws staycation woth just offering sorry omg what kind of service is that💔...nakakagalit na ewan hiyang hiya aq na nagbook para sana maenjoy nila before ulit makabalik si ate sa hk...

De omgeving is goed, schoon en ze waren erg behulpzaam bij onze aankomst, het keukengerei was schoon. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf hier, omdat het balkon uitkijkt op het zwembad. Een echte aanrader en we boeken zeker weer. Hulde! 🥰😊😊

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
