3-Starhotels in Phnom Penh

My favourite hotel when I am in PP. Very relaxing outdoor area, very gentle staff. The only problem: last time internet didnt work for 2 days

This was my first time in dorm # 2 and after not being vowed by the first impression (closer to the noise, door a bit slammy, no wash basin outside the two bathrooms) I had the luck of being placed furthest away from the door and around the corner, I actually prefer this dorm now. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread and the portion was really small (see photo). I mean, pasta is so cheap, why not give people a good size portion? You end up paying $6 for not much food right across from an All You Can Eat place for ($7.80).

Stayed at Ostro from 19th to 21st Mar. Had a really pleasant stay. My only complaints are that there was no fridge in the room and the shower had little water flow. What made up for the service was the Front Office Night time Receptionist. She was really friendly to my friend & I, she even treated us to a glass of beer on our last night. The day time receptionist was also really friendly & greeted with a smile each time. Such gestures are what make me come back to such establishments! Cheers, Koala

Nice rooms but staff was beyond great! I forgot my passport in my room, called and they personally delivered it to me so I made my flight - though I had asked they send it via taxi driver, the young lady took it upon herself to ensure fast delivery - outstanding!!

The pod size is good enough and it's clean. The room environment is comfortable. The toilet is clean. the hostel location is easy to find. My overall experience is great here.

Lovely and very helpful staff. Close to the river. In the middle of a very 'lively' area, which can be a little noisy late on (if that bothers you). Would book again.

Location is away from the Tiverside. Predominately Chinese area. Room has no windows but for a night or two is fine. Breakfast ok. It is a buffet and has a variety of options. Not bad for the price. If you don’t mind most of the area is catered for Chinese patron’s.

Ik verbleef onlangs in Relax Hotel Phonm Pehn en ik kan eerlijk zeggen dat het een van de beste hotelervaringen was die ik ooit heb gehad! Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, was het personeel ongelooflijk gastvrij en attent, waardoor ik me meteen thuis voelde. Het inchecken verliep soepel en ik kreeg zelfs een gratis upgrade aangeboden, wat een aangename verrassing was! De kamer was brandschoon, ruim en prachtig ingericht, met alle moderne voorzieningen die je maar kunt wensen. Het bed was ongelooflijk comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een geweldige nachtrust na een lange dag vol verkenning. Ik was vooral dol op de aandacht voor detail in de kamer - van de luxe toiletartikelen. De locatie van het hotel was perfect, dicht bij alle belangrijke attracties, maar toch rustig genoeg voor een ontspannen verblijf. De faciliteiten van het dak waren goed. Ik had ook het genoegen om te dineren in de buurt van het restaurant van het hotel en het eten was absoluut fantastisch - vers, smaakvol en prachtig gepresenteerd. Maar wat mijn verblijf echt uitstekend maakte, was het niveau van de klantenservice. Elk personeelslid dat ik tegenkwam, deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat mijn verblijf perfect was, altijd met een warme glimlach en een oprechte wens om te helpen. Ik kan Relax Hotel niet genoeg aanbevelen! Het is de perfecte plek voor iedereen die op zoek is naar luxe, comfort en onberispelijke service voor een betaalbare prijs. Ik kom zeker terug bij mijn volgende bezoek!

De kamer is ruim, de wifi is erg zwak en het ontbijt is niet geweldig. Er druppelt water uit de airconditioning. Gezien de prijs kun je ook niet te veeleisend zijn. Ik moet zeggen dat de eigenaar me goed heeft geholpen toen mijn bankpas in de geldautomaat werd ingeslikt. Gelukkig was de situatie snel opgelost, dankzij zijn hulp.

Hotel was ideal for our short stay, it’s in a perfect location it’s so close to the palace and water front. The room we had was in an apartment so there was another room which someone was staying in but we had separate bathrooms and the door could lock. Bed was a little hard, but everything was really clean and tidy. Public area modern but our room a little dated than the pictures. But staff very accommodating and friendly.
