Excelente ubicación.  Trato excelente, todas las comodidades y con llave digital( maravilloso no estar pendiente de una llave)  Creo que nos atendió Martina en el check-in ; pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y para cualquier duda, problema siempre está disponible.  Un 10

Well we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

Chaotic check-in and extremely rude staff. We were falsely accused of refusing to pay the hotel tax and this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The staff member was aggressive throughout our one-night stay. We regret booking here and would not recommend it.

Reception molto gentile e accogliente, posizione molto buona per i giovani, ci sono molti locali aperti di sera tardi e tanto movimento, peccato che sia successo il blackout alla notte e il giorno dopo ho tutti i cellulari senza batteria e devo usare il navigatore per viaggiare. Comunque Grazie tante per la gentile accoglienza.

Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Alle basisvoorzieningen aanwezig, geen poespas. Vriendelijk personeel dat me hielp met mijn probleem, want er is geen lift. De afstandsbediening van de tv was onhandig, ik meldde dit en kreeg te horen dat ik de volgende dag een vervangende zou krijgen. Er kwam geen vervanging, maar dat was geen probleem, want er waren alleen Italiaanse zenders. De koffiemachine in de kamer was gevuld met water, maar koffiecups moeten apart worden aangeschaft. De wastafel had scheuren, de douche was eerst beschadigd, maar werd al snel behoorlijk koud, bijna koud. De witte badhanddoek had vlekken! Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee eenpersoonsmatrassen die niet aan elkaar vast zaten, waardoor de twee matrassen halverwege het slapen ongeveer 15 centimeter uit elkaar stonden. De straat is 's avonds redelijk rustig, maar vroeg in de ochtend legen de nabijgelegen bedrijven de lege flessen van de vorige avond in de prullenbak direct onder mijn kamer. Er is ook een school in de buurt waar de kleintjes zich verzamelen om te wachten tot de deuren opengaan. Het opgewonden geklets stoorde mij niet, maar sommige mensen misschien wel. Geweldige locatie voor goede winkels/restaurants/cafés, trein- en busverbindingen en op loopafstand van de prachtige jachthaven.

Ero un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
