3-Starhotels in München

We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Gezien de opmerkingen die ik van andere reizigers heb gelezen, heeft het hotel mijn verwachting in feite veel overschreden. Ten eerste is er een U-Bahnstation vlakbij het hotel, die u slechts 2 minuten duurt tot het centrale station. De kamer is ruime, schone en airconditioning, wat vrij zeldzaam is onder andere hotels in Duitsland. Het komt ook met een groot raam, waardoor de hele kamer helder en gezellig wordt. De voorkantservice is 24 uur. Het personeel is allemaal vriendelijk en handig.

De kamer is erg handig en comfortabel, en de nachtkastjes aan beide kanten zijn bijzonder indrukwekkend. Dit is doordachter dan veel hotels. De prijs/prestatieverhouding is te hoog, goedkoper dan andere West-Europese landen. Er is een zeer goed Duits gastronomisch restaurant 20 meter aan de linkerkant, met een zeer goede service en gerechten.

Zeer goede locatie met de snelbus naar de luchthaven die vlak voor het hotel stopt. Direct tegenover het centraal station van München. Naast de deur is een kleine supermarkt. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding met ruimte groot genoeg voor 4 bedden, veel stopcontacten en alle nachtkastjes waren voorzien van leeslampjes naast het bed. Heeft een bureau voor reizigers die wat werk moeten inhalen. Toilet is goed uitgerust, compleet met schone handdoeken, verwarming, warm water en geweldige doucheruimte. De kledingkast is groot en wordt aangevuld met een extra ophangstang ernaast. De kamer had een muffe geur toen we voor het eerst binnenkwamen, maar deze verdween snel zodra we het grote raam openden om hem frisse (en superkoele (koude?) Lucht te laten. De receptie gaf ons een gloednieuwe waterkoker (verpakking intact met alle plastic omhulsels) en dit helpt ons om wat instantnoedels te eten - we hebben te laat ingecheckt om een ​​fatsoenlijke maaltijd te hebben. Een aanrader voor reizigers die een overnachting nodig hebben om de volgende dag een trein te nemen vanaf het centraal station van München. Onze ervaring is in strijd met die van degenen die negatieve recensies hebben geschreven.

酒店就在電車站隔壁，房間雖然小但是看得出是有歷史有經驗的酒店，前台、打掃服務都很到位。房間裏面有保險箱，單人房也有窗户，總體來説性價比高。走路去中央火車站也衹需要大約十五分鐘。附近有機場大巴點和DM超市。

However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

由於啤酒節期間，周邊酒店價格都翻了好幾倍，考慮再三選了這家酒店。這是一家連鎖酒店式公寓，離地鐵很近，五分鐘步行即可到達。酒店周邊非常安靜，周邊是一兩個公司，和一個小區公寓，因此也很安全。 酒店的前台都很熱情，都會多國語言，溝通無障礙。 酒店提供簡單早餐，對於居住十來天的人來説，選擇少了點。酒店餐廳提供客人免費咖啡。 免費WiFi必不可少。電視節目基本德語，所以十來天的入住沒有使用過電視。 房間乾淨整潔，冰箱，爐子，咖啡機，以及各類餐具齊全。也適合全家旅遊度假。 總的來説還是不錯，值得推薦。

The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.
