"不建議住他家，訂的時候看離市中心距離不遠，覺得兩三公里不算啥，沒想到到了發現附近環境真的不行，很荒涼，看我圖片。格爾木又到處在修路，離吃飯的網紅店孔阿訇距離不遠但路很難走。訂的時候寫着市區免費接送，結果問前台直接説司機不在，沒法接送，而且絲毫沒有要解決的意思。旁邊的老闆樣子的説幫我們協調，晚點電話告知，結果就沒了音訊，打電話問前台，不知道是不是不清楚情況，直接不説話，多問幾句最後直接掛我電話。我？？？真的是完全沒有服務意識啊，太讓人不愉快了，白瞎了這麼好的硬件條件。最後找攜程才給解決的。避雷吧各位"
