"The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with no unpleasant smells like smoke. The shower water pressure was good, and the towels and bath towels were clean, odorless, new, and not stiff. Everything was provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. 👍 It's also very convenient to get to the South Slope from here. "When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. "設施：房間很大，設施齊全，淋浴間的花灑還是有温度面板的，還有智能馬桶，很高級了。也有自助洗衣，方便出行。 衞生：房間乾淨，巡了一圈，肉眼所見的地方都打掃的很乾凈。大落地窗看雪景很透。 環境：離西區景區中心特別近，走路一兩分鐘就到了。一旦非常幸運天池開放能沖第一波沖景區。避免了後面關閉的尷尬。 服務：前台服務特別好，開水咖啡都有提供，有問題直接微信聯繫，我因為第二天趕上天池開放，又幫忙延遲退房又改送站。 想看天池的來接個好運吧。哈哈哈哈，看到天池了還在開心中。"

"This is one great place to stay at. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went beyond what was needed to make her guests feel welcome, comfortable and settled. She was really helpful because even after I have checked out of the hotel, she tried her utmost to help me with a courier package which I was having trouble to get delivered to my destination. The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The best part is that it is located right in the middle of a food street within the small town. There was basically no shortage of choices for local food. The hotel also offers free ferry service to pick me up at the train station and it also provides a free sauna service that is located in another venue. All in all, the service was superb and I definitely enjoyed staying in this hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel sometime soon."

"The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience."
