"What a pleasant surprise this stay was! (´▽`) The location is excellent, right next to the district government and very close to the ancient city, making it super convenient for getting around. There's a delicious knife-cut noodle place nearby that opens at 6:30 AM, and the Tangjiu convenience store next door also opens early. The first floor has a lovely book bar where you can borrow books for free, and they serve coffee and cocktails – perfect for enjoying a drink while reading. So many interesting books too! I also really loved their decor; the tatami mat rooms have a dedicated reading table, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The disposable amenities were comprehensive, and that horse oil toiletries set left me feeling moisturized inside and out (in a good way!). What really stood out during my stay were the front desk ladies. They were all so wonderful, always greeting us warmly when we returned. Their service was incredibly attentive and so heartwarming! 🥺 Any request we had was met quickly. Thanks to them, I've been sleeping so well these past few days 555. I really don't want to leave! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Datong. I've already highly recommended it to all my friends! (￣∇￣)"

The courtyard is equipped with rockery, glass roof, planting flowers and plants, feeding birds and fish, and the traditional courtyard makes you feel the charm of Datong ancient city. The rooms of Renyi are mainly Chinese-style duplex rooms. They are also equipped with high-end furnitures and tasteful decoration, it will bring you a comfortable stay.
"Any Inn was mijn eerste accommodatie tijdens mijn reis naar Shanxi. Het was bijna tien uur 's avonds toen ik aankwam in de herberg. Ik was al erg moe, maar toen ik de herberg binnenkwam, werd ik hartelijk ontvangen door de baas en de hospita zorgde ervoor dat ik me minder moe en ontspannen voelde. De hospita heeft mijn kamer genereus geüpgraded naar een suite met een balkon. Ik vond vooral de inrichting van de herberg leuk, die antiek en schoon was. De herberg ligt tegenover de Huayan-tempel. Het is 200 meter lopen naar de Huayan-tempel en meer dan 100 meter naar het busstation van de Huayan-tempel. Het is ook heel dicht bij de westelijke poort van de oude stad, wat erg handig is. Ik moest de volgende ochtend vroeg de sneltrein naar de schilderachtige plek nemen. Omdat het weer begon af te koelen, reed de hospita me speciaal vroeg in de ochtend naar het Heyangmen-plein om de sneltrein naar de schilderachtige plek te nemen. Daarnaast gaf de vrouwelijke baas me ook fruit, kookte noedels en liet me een kom proberen. Het voelde echt als thuis. Renyi Inn heeft een zeer goede indruk op mij achtergelaten in Datong. Ik zal hier zeker weer kiezen de volgende keer dat ik de kans krijg om terug te keren naar Datong."

這次來大同旅遊，入住麗怡酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須認真推薦！
酒店地理位置特別優越，就在大同古城附近，步行就能到景區，不管是遊玩還是出行都非常方便，對遊客太友好了。房間設施齊全，裝修新、乾淨整潔、舒適度拉滿，實景和圖片展示的一模一樣，沒有任何落差，住着安心又舒心。
細節很加分：樓下就有免費咖啡機，隨時能喝上一杯熱咖啡，特別貼心；隔壁就是當地有名的北魏田園家宴，吃飯不用走遠，吃喝住行一站式搞定。
工作人員服務態度也特別好，熱情有禮貌、有耐心，辦理入住和退房效率高，有問題都能及時幫忙解決，全程體驗感很棒。
唯一美中不足的是衞生，第一天入住水壺裡發現一根頭髮，接着就是床單上有污漬，不過好在酒店及時處理了，希望衞生能有所改進哦！
唯一的疑問就是，為啥面朝小區的房間這麼熱！！熱到一度以為有地暖，但是臨街的房間就很正常

"My stay was just perfect! Everyone was very nice to me! I was contacted immediately because the hotel is not very easy to find as it is inside a beautiful gated community, so I was met at the Five Dragon Wall nearby and brought to the hotel. They even lent me a charger for my phone as mine had the wrong connection. Everything was very smooth. I even got a complimentary fruit basket, water and very delicious breakfast was personally served to me. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and looked excellent. I could notice that only high quality furniture and beddings were used. There was even an intelligent toilet. I would absolutely come back again!"

GGastgebruikerFaciliteiten: De faciliteiten zijn zeer goed. De wasmachine en de Dyson-föhn van L'Occitane zijn zeer comfortabel in gebruik en ze werden zeer goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen.

Service: dit is geweldig! ! Ik heb echt het gevoel dat de service erg goed is. Ik werd opgehaald en afgezet vanaf het station vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, en de auto was zeer comfortabel. Na aankomst in de B&B raadde mijn tante mij een heleboel lokale delicatessen aan en maakte thee toen ik 's avonds terugkwam. De volgende dag zeiden we dat we heel vroeg moesten vertrekken en misschien geen tijd hadden om te ontbijten, dus pakte tante heel bedachtzaam wat voor ons in om onderweg te eten, voor het geval we honger hadden, en herinnerde ons er later aan om ons ontbijt te nuttigen. vroeg, anders zou het koud worden. ’s Avonds was er op tijd thee en fruit. GGastgebruikerI can’t stop raving about this inn. It is a B&B style three stories tall inn located inside the Datong Ancient City. Complimentary shuttle service between the airport or railway station made it really convenient for out of town travelers. The guest room was clean and equipped with modern facilities like automatic toilets, coded entry, projection screens, etc. The inn is located near the north gate of the city amongst other accommodations. Within minutes of walking is access to the top of the city wall where bike rental is available to ride along the wall. The inn is very quiet at night. The inn is family operated and everyone was very hospitable. What sets this inn apart from other accommodations in the area is their dedication to service. The owner knew I was a tourist and new to the area, she offered to pick me up if I got lost wandering the ancient city. The breakfast came with my reservation. When the owner found out I had to depart before breakfast serving hours, she went above and beyond to prepare food and served me 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The food tasted amazing and came with abundant varieties and huge portions. It was definitely not part of the service to drop off at another venue, but the owner took me to my next accommodation 2km away. I truly appreciate everything this inn and its staff has done for me. I am so glad to have chosen to stay this beautiful little inn on my first night in Datong. I will definitely stay here again without a doubt on my next visit.

VVincent NightingaleEen fantastische reiservaring! De kamer was nieuw en schoon, in een moderne Chinese stijl, met uitstekende verwarming en een comfortabel kingsize bed. Zelfs buiten het hoogseizoen boden de eigenaren 24/7 service, waren ze ongelooflijk gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Op onze laatste dag, na het uitchecken en wachten op onze trein, lieten ze ons ontspannen in de theekamer, waar we gezellig konden kletsen en thee drinken – we hebben het heerlijk gehad (P4, 5). Ze hielpen ons ook aan een even vriendelijke chauffeur en gaven ons tips over bezienswaardigheden (P6, 7, 8) en lokale specialiteiten (P3). Het ontbijt, met lokale specialiteiten, wordt vóór 9 uur 's ochtends geserveerd (P1, 2). Ik zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven en ik zou het van harte aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie die Datong bezoeken! Ik wens de eigenaren veel succes met hun zaak!

GGastgebruikerIk heb veel onderzoek gedaan voordat ik hier kwam en zag deze B&B. Ik belde om te informeren rond 10 uur 's avonds en de gastheer was erg geduldig in het uitleggen van dingen. Ik was niet teleurgesteld toen ik aankwam. Mijn twee kinderen vonden het erg leuk. Meestal deed de tante de deur op slot, zodat de kinderen zonder zorgen in de tuin konden spelen. Toen we er bijna waren, vertelden we haar hoe laat het was. De tante zette alvast de airco aan en zette vruchtenthee klaar. Het was zo hartverwarmend. Het ontbijt was elke dag ook extreem rijk en het was erg gezellig voor het hele gezin om in de tuin te zitten en te eten. Deze B&B ligt direct naast de winkelstraat, dus u kunt gaan winkelen als u uitgaat, maar u hoort geen enkel geluid als u in de tuin bent. Het ligt heel dicht bij Zini en Longjutang, op slechts een paar minuten lopen. 's Avonds kunt u naar de stadsmuur lopen, genieten van de lichtjes en fietsen met het gezin. Huayan Temple en Shanhua Temple liggen ook in de buurt en zijn te voet bereikbaar. Tot slot moet ik zeggen dat de tantes bij de B&B super aardig zijn, of ze nu ochtend- of avonddienst hebben, ze zijn erg goed en hebben een vriendelijke houding. Ik zal het zeker aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden en zal hier de volgende keer weer verblijven.

KKizzaI had a great one night stay at the Hauting Hotel. It’s a large, modern hotel conveniently located in a building attached to a big shopping centre, which made it easy to grab food or essentials. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with individual heating and cooling and electric opening and closing window dressings.
The shower had excellent water temperature and pressure, and the bathroom was well-stocked with quality toiletries including shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, and toothpaste. A great bonus was the free laundry facilities. It has a gym also but I didn’t try that.
Breakfast featured a nice spread of Asian cuisine, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Datong.

De kamer is schoon, netjes, elegant, warm en comfortabel van het inchecken De volgende ochtend waren de bergen aan de overkant bedekt met wolken en mist, en het prachtige landschap was panoramisch. Het ontbijt was goed en rijk aan variatie, maar de melk was niet bevredigend en er leek veel water aan toegevoegd. De geluidsisolatie van de kamer was niet erg goed, en ik was gefrustreerd door het luide gezang naast de deur na 7 uur. Afgezien van deze twee kleine spijt was de rest geweldig.

YYang JianpingOur stay at Yunqi Xiangshe was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is newly built, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home.
The property offers private parking, which is very convenient, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of the ancient city—an ideal location for exploring Datong. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, blending modern style with artistic touches that reflect the owner’s care and refined taste.
Each morning, we were treated to a beautifully prepared breakfast, along with complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s those small, thoughtful details that really elevate the experience.
In short, Yunqi Xiangshe is a perfect combination of comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality. I would gladly recommend it to all my friends and look forward to returning again in the future

AAnonieme gebruikerIk kom uit Shanxi, maar ik wil graag een objectieve evaluatie geven van mijn ervaring tijdens dit verblijf. Het enthousiasme bij de receptie is gemiddeld, niet slecht, maar het voelt niet als het warme welkom dat je krijgt als je voor het eerst aankomt, geen vragen gesteld, geen groeten. Als de tv niet beschikbaar is, doet de leeftijd van het servicepersoneel er niet toe. Ze dragen geen werkkleding, hoe toegewijd ze ook zijn, ze voelen zich 's nachts allemaal vrouwen en we voelen ons onveilig. De dame die de kamer en de wasruimte schoonmaakt, is aardig en zeer beleefd. Na het uitchecken kwam ik terug om mijn bagage op te halen. Ik wilde de openbare badkamer in het hotel gebruiken, maar er werd mij verteld dat er niemand was. De kamer is groot, het bed is groot en verplaatsbaar en de bank is lang en kan als bed gebruikt worden. Het badwater is erg groot. Eerlijk gezegd is service populairder dan hardware, en de opleiding van werknemers of de bedrijfsfilosofie moeten worden versterkt. Het merk Ibis mag niet worden beïnvloed door geografie. Nadat ik het had geschreven, heb ik mijn negatieve opmerkingen ingetrokken. Shanxi is een stad die groeit en vooruitgang boekt. Het moet alleen worden gecorrigeerd.
