"Great location and very helpful staff. They arranged e-bike for us and even had a badminton set we could use on the beach. Great restaurants nearby and only a short walk to Silver Beach. Good outdoor pool and excellent views of the ocean sunset from our balcony. Quiet and clean room. I highly recommend this hotel. We will return again."

"導航過去還是比較方便的，門口能停3，4台車，酒店並沒有充電樁，寫的有錯誤，但附近有充電樁。一樓房間蚊子很多，免費升了上去2樓，態度還是不錯的，2樓蚊子少一些，還帶個陽台，但天氣冷也多蚊子，裝修風格適合喜歡木的人，但房間設計和細節做得不好，例如投影儀太暗，而且喇叭太差，也沒有考慮旅客體驗區加個藍牙音箱，淋浴房裡麪居然沒有放沐浴露的架子，要放地下，這幾塊錢的架子你説她摳門嘛應該不至於，就是沒有考慮你住方不方便，反正你也住了對吧，也不會馬上走不住，還有那個花曬頭，就是省水的，換了個，説剛買的，也是省水那種，你沖洗時老是感覺洗不乾淨，洗手盆放東西的空間都不夠，也不多貼幾個掛鈎用來掛毛巾和衣服，反正就是不管你方不方便，愛住不住就是了。"

DDandanfuyun半個多月前就在網上尋尋覓覓了好幾天，最後確定潿洲島之旅住宿地為雲宿，最看重的就是雲宿房間和所有用品都非常乾淨衞生，還有預訂的房間在床上就能看到大海。入住後發現確實乾淨衞生，對此次廣西之旅入住不同民宿遭遇到的各種檔次的衞生條件多少有點擔心的我，終於在入住雲宿的當晚睡了一個好覺👍👍👍還有，1號我查閲了天氣預報，顯示10—12號連續陰雨，心裏非常緊張，趕緊聯繫老闆娘想更改行程。老闆娘説你不用擔心，島嶼的天會陰一陣晴一陣，不會一直陰雨連綿，秉着相信專業的人做專業的事的原則，選擇相信了老闆娘，果然，進島的下午，天氣開始放晴，如願觀賞到了美麗的藍天碧海和鱷魚山地址風貌，日落時分在滴水丹屏欣賞了日落🌅，晚上還欣賞了遊客自發的煙火🎇秀。進島之前就請老闆娘幫忙推薦了追鯨之旅，老闆娘推薦了第二天下午五點的航班，也是運氣好，陰冷了一上午的天氣，下午又開始放晴了，下午在陽台上躺着享受近在咫尺的海景時，竟然被熱得趕回了房間😁😁😁下午四點多坐上老闆娘聯繫好的車子去南灣浪街坐遊艇追鯨，看到兩次🐋張嘴和多次噴水，第二日潿洲島之旅圓滿落幕。第三日上午準備前往五彩海灘，五點多看了一下天氣覺得看到日出的可能性不大，於是繼續睡覺到自然醒，慢節奏地起床洗漱，然後出發去五彩灘，幸運之神再次眷顧，我們到達五彩海灘時，天晴了😁😁😁拍了一堆照片，無人機也飛了一次又一次，為第三日的潿洲島之旅劃上了圓滿的句號😁😁😁回到酒店，跟老闆娘聊天，説起這次入住雲宿和潿洲島之旅，得出一個重要結論 那就是聽老闆娘的沒錯！！！😁😁😁對於講究入住品質的朋友們，雲宿是個好選擇，不僅離海近、衞生有保障，老闆娘還特別專業真誠，值得點贊👍👍👍已推薦給有需求的朋友☺️☺️☺️

KKate 13I loved this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, I especially liked the style. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always some treats for the guests in the lobby. The location is relatively close to Silver Beach, can even walk there.
We stayed on the first floor, next to the lobby and unfortunately it was a bit noisy, because of some of the guests. I complained to the front desk and they helped me to handle it. Even though some guests were loud and inconsiderate about other guests on some days at the quiet hours (between 10pm and 8am), the staff did their best.

GGastgebruikerGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

De homestay heeft een rustige en elegante sfeer. De Marokkaanse decoratiestijl is zeer fotogeniek. Het water in het zwembad wordt regelmatig ververst, waardoor het extra veilig is voor kinderen om in het zwembad te zwemmen. De kamer is schoon en licht, het beddengoed is zacht en comfortabel en de badkamerfaciliteiten zijn brandschoon. Het dagelijkse ontbijt is vers bereid en voedingskundig uitgebalanceerd. De baas beschikt ook over uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van het verwerken van zeevruchten en het koken ervan. Het smaakt beter dan de populaire restaurants die in Nanwan Street worden aanbevolen. Ze bereiden ook kindermaaltijden voor kinderen van één jaar oud. De baas is hartelijk en attent in zijn dienstverlening en geeft actief reistips voor de omliggende gebieden. De B&B heeft ook een hond genaamd Li Fugui, die zich ook erg goed gedraagt. Er is ook een oplaadpunt voor elektrische voertuigen voor de deur van de B&B, wat reizen zeer gemakkelijk maakt. Zowel de hardwarefaciliteiten als de doordachte service overtroffen de verwachtingen. Ik zal hier zeker nog een keer verblijven en het aan mijn vrienden aanbevelen!

BBubbleChimpCute little homestay run by very attentive hosts. There’s a small pool and during Chinese holidays it’s best for families with young children. Host speaks some English, is very helpful and friendly and will communicate with you on wechat.
Some issues were lack of WiFi, some bed bites although everything looked very clean and the walk to silver beach which although less than 10min, in Aug ’23 wasn’t very pleasant because of construction and large puddles in the alleyways. The breakfast was a nice taste of local specialties but could include some healthier items like vegetables or yoghurt to set you up for the day (chinese breakfasts usually include boiled sweet potatoes, corn and green veg) as it was a lot of rice wraps, dough and jelly cakes. A major plus is the use of the washing machine and dryer which most hotels don't offer.

GGastgebruikerThe homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles.
When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool.
One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing.
The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

DDaniela HalbweisI stayed for two nights (originally three). Unfortunately there were no ferry getting there in the first day, therefore I was just able to stay there for two nights. In the end, they offered me to refund one of my nights, which was very nice of them.
The room was nice, clean and very silent (except of the AC). the stuff was friendly and the hotel had a great pickup service. The hotel is a great place to chill and calming down.
There are even some Restaurants and Shops close by (10 Minute walk) and the beach is just a few meters from your room, therefore directly at the hotel. (1minute walk).
I truly can recommend this hotel. 😊

AAnonieme gebruikerDe kamer is erg nieuw, de airconditioning is erg krachtig, iedereen, van de receptie tot de kamerjuffrouw tot de ontbijtjuffrouw, is erg hartelijk en beleefd, ze begroeten elkaar proactief als ze elkaar ontmoeten, wat geweldig is. Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie. Er is een oude straat voor het hotel door het steegje en de zee ligt achter het hotel. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats aanwezig, waardoor u er gemakkelijk kunt in- en uitrijden. Hoewel het nog wel een eindje van Silver Beach ligt, is Didi een prima plek om te forenzen. Ook tijdens de Dag van de Arbeid worden bestellingen binnen enkele seconden aangenomen.
