"Nice hotel just a few metres from the lake via an underpass under the railway line. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. Also breakfast was good with lot of choice."

Die Website sollte angepasst werden. zB. das Frühstück Samstag, Sonntag ist nicht mehr in der Sagibeiz, jedoch nach wie vor so angepriesen. Der Fernseher ist ohne Gebrauchsanweisung nur für EDV-Cracks problemlos nutzbar. Es sollte für jeden Gast eine Zutrittskarte ins Zimmer, resp. ins Hotel vorhanden sein, auch für Paare.  Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Bereich des Schlafes wäre es gut, auch kleinere und weniger schwere Kissen vorzufinden."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, featuring a large living room with a balcony. It was clean and tidy, and we appreciated having two televisions in the room. Although we booked a room with lake views, the view was somewhat limited. On the 3rd floor, you can barely see the lake, and even on the 4th floor, the view is only partial. However, this was not a major issue for us. One thing to note is that the bathroom walls and doors do not extend fully to the ceiling and floor, leaving gaps at the top and bottom. While this design looks fine, it means there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so any odors can easily spread into the room. The hotel operates on a self check-in system. We contacted the staff before our arrival, and the check-in process went smoothly despite a minor hiccup with the payment. The staff were very responsive and resolved the issue immediately when we called. For those who want to enjoy the beautiful lake view, there is a podium on the 7th or 8th floor, which is a nice place to take in the surroundings. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. The choices were limited, and the most troubling part was the presence of numerous flies. There were at least 10-20 flies flying around, which made us uncomfortable and led us to leave the restaurant with an unfilled stomach. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. Aside from the breakfast issue, the hotel is quiet and lovely."
