"Fantastic experience! The private bathroom has its own keypad lock for access, the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped for cooking, which was wonderful. It felt safe and relaxing. The surrounding area is quiet, and the location is excellent. It's just a five-minute walk to the supermarket! The host and their family are warm, friendly, and communicative, responding quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommended!"

"Ik boekte dit hotel voor mijn lange overstap puur vanwege de locatie. Het ligt op een paar minuten lopen van metrostation Bridgeport (hoewel de wandeling misschien niet zo aantrekkelijk is, omdat de route ernaartoe verwarrend kan zijn; maar ik kwam er snel achter). Dat betekende dat ik dicht bij de luchthaven en de metro was als ik naar het centrum wilde. De kamer was schoon en de badkamer brandschoon. Het in- en uitchecken verliep vlot. Ze hebben een prima ontbijt dat begint om 6 uur (je kunt je koffie zelfs meenemen als dat nodig is). Het personeel was geweldig en behulpzaam. Zodra ik incheckte en de receptie vertelde dat ik de volgende ochtend terug naar de luchthaven moest, vertelde hij me dat het hotel een shuttlebus naar de luchthaven aanbiedt! Dat betekende dat ik niet terug naar de metro hoefde te lopen. (Ik denk dat ze ook een ophaalservice hebben – neem dus contact op met het hotel zodat je de metro helemaal kunt overslaan.) Wat een gemak!"

"I got a very great stay for 5nights at Accent Inns Vancouver Airports Hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is not like some bad comment on the google review or any other hotel apps, it was super clean and the bed and pillow is so comfortable which make me have a very good sleep every single night without waking up. And there is airport shuttle which make me save on Uber, besides there is a bus stop walk for 4min, and nearby have McDonald, 10min walking distance to A&W, and the hotel have great great coffee, hot chocolate, and tea serve for 24hour🤭"

"I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"Het hotel ligt midden in het winkelgebied. Bekende bezienswaardigheden zijn op een paar minuten loopafstand - zelfs Canada Place is slechts 15 minuten lopen. Als u vanaf Pacific Central Station komt, bent u met de taxi voor minder dan 10 dollar bij het hotel. Het personeel is erg gastvrij.
