3-Starhotels in Toronto

Ik heb hier met twee van mijn tieners gebleven. Absolute perfect! Locatie, schoonheid, voorzieningen - als ik 10 sterren kon geven, zou ik! Het is lopend afstand van Ripley’s Aquarium, Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Union Station en nog veel meer! De gastheer is geweldig! Zeer duidelijke instructies voor check-in en zeer snel met communicatie. Gezellige bedden, airconditioning, vers linnen, zeer schoon over het algemeen. De buurt is vriendelijk en compleet met een prachtig restaurant slechts enkele meters afstand. Ik beveel het hier uiterst aan en we zullen terug zijn! :)

Really enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!

When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

De kamer en de algehele ruimte waren uitstekend. We hebben er binnen een jaar al eens eerder verbleven en zijn graag teruggekomen. De kamers zijn zeer goed ingericht en worden uitstekend schoongemaakt en onderhouden. De schoonmaakservice is ”om de dag”, maar we merkten dat de medewerkers altijd op onze verdieping aanwezig waren voor bijvoorbeeld een handdoek. Gratis koffie en thee in de lounge bij de ingang is een pluspunt. Het personeel bij de receptie is altijd beleefd, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie is ideaal: de supermarkt Longos ligt twee blokken verderop, de metro bevindt zich in hetzelfde gebouw en er zijn tal van eetgelegenheden aan Bloor Street en in de rest van Greenwich Village.

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij de luchthaven, met een bushalte voor de deur en een Westin-hotel in de buurt. De lobby is klein, maar gasten worden voorzien van limonade en fruitwater. De kamer was schoon, hoewel de faciliteiten wat gedateerd waren. Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel en de service was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was niet uitgebreid, maar wel vers. Het aantal zitplaatsen was echter beperkt, waardoor er tijdens piekuren een wachtrij stond. Het hotel heeft een fitnessruimte en een zwembad, maar ik heb daar geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Overall, I’m satisfied. The location is quite far from downtown. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good.

We booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult. Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.

We enjoy this hotel because it has the pools, buffet option and the fridges for snacks if wanted or needed. I also noticed the laundry room this time and think it's nice to have available. It's also close to the things we need so we like the location for personal and business.

The view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure
