3-Starhotels in Perth

This is the 3rd time here. Such a warm and friendly place. The facilities are awesome. From the outdoor pool, hot tub, shower, bbq area and bar, to the movie theatre, large kitchen, and pool table. This was my family’s first time visiting. They loved it and said they’d be back for sure!!!

Nice and easy, for what you pay it should be better, Many restaurants around, no water in the room, also a very early check out of 10am … If staying on weekends there will be noise from downstairs band in the bar ..

Very nice motel with great facilities. Kitchen well equipped. Free laundry and free parking. Room was clean, nice bed and pillow too. For the price, this motel is really a good deal

One of the sure confirm places to see a kangaroo skippking in the morning. The surrounding is very quiet and amazing for a quiet getaway. There is a restaurant onsite and just a perfect hideout. The place could however use some solar lights at night especially along the walk ways. It is very dark and you need to depend on your carlights if you arrive after sundown.

Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay.

We loved the early check-in after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was left to the imagination. We have stayed at many IBIS hotels with fabulous breakfast options. This one was pretty much toast and cereal and long-life milk. There was no fruit, yogurt, etc. Th butter was super old - dare I say it was old. Very disappointing.

Даже не знаю почему выбрал этот отель. Персонал приятный. Номер в целом тоже приятный. Общая ванная комната на весь блок и она грязная. Я путешествую без багажа и у меня не было тапочек. Пришлось ходить босиком чтобы помыться. Поблизости очень мало заведений и нет магазинов, так что воду покупать я пошел в пиццерию. Утром уже не стал пытаться принять душ, рискую получить грибок

If you like old scary room.. this hotel will suit you. Stay just couple hours for sleep before we head to airport, the location to get to our room is so dirty and dark. You need to give $200 for deposit, which for me is bit to much when the condition of room all already break out. We like the location of this hotel cause close to airport. Staff also friendly when process our check in. Overall is budget hotel what u pay what u get. Is only for lay and streght our body after long drive before we head up to airport. Will not coming back there for us. Kids not really impress.

Ten eerste vroeg ik of ik een reservering op een andere dag dan de onze kon annuleren, maar dat was absoluut niet mogelijk. Deze plek kan beter. De schoonmaakster kwam elke ochtend alleen schoonmaken en handdoeken brengen als ik erom vroeg. Omdat annuleren niet was toegestaan, was ik erg teleurgesteld dat we op een datum moesten gaan die we niet wilden. Het was echter niet zo erg als andere recensies beweerden. Mijn vriendin woont in Perth, en omdat uit eten gaan in Australië meestal duur is, kochten we vlees en drank en kookten we samen in de accommodatie. Dat was een geweldige ervaring. Er waren echter geen vleessnijgereedschappen in de kamer, dus het zou fijn geweest zijn als ze ons plastic wegwerpschaartjes hadden gegeven. Conclusie: Het was niet zo slecht als ik dacht. Ik was hier voor een weektrip en heb hier drie nachten en vier dagen doorgebracht voor een lage prijs. De rest van mijn verblijf was prima. Vriendelijke mensen zoals ik kunnen met de gastheren praten en ze leren kennen. Ja.
