I stayed for 4 days in Perth for a conference. They do cleaning service everyday, change towels, topup coffee, tea, milk, and toiletries everyday. Location is in the central city, very near to supermarkets, restaurants, and train station, all walking distance.

hotel was good. The room was clean, and the hotel's location is a standout feature. It's surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a mall, all within a short walk. The convenience extends further with the train station also just a brief stroll away. The friendly staff added a welcoming touch to my stay, making it an ideal choice for a short trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and accommodating staff.

The hotel is located in Perth CBD. The room is ok but the internet connection (WiFi) did not work well, needed to relied on the internet from mobile phone

The location of the hotel is great, close to many restaurants, shopping centre etc. We had a great time, staff been friendly and always helpful. The staff checked us early without any hesitation, amazing, can't ask for more for what we paid for..great place to stay 🤩😍🤩😍🤩

Dirty and run down, very expensive for what it is....
For my recent stay in Oct 2022, I had a queen room with no reception for the TV, a mouldy bathroom and an unsealed shower. There were some suspect brown stains on the bedside light as well.
I spoke with reception and was put in an upgraded room. Unfortunatly this room also had a mouldy bathroom. They were unable to clean it until the following day. It was still mouldy after it was cleaned.
I lodged a complaint with the Criterion hotel and trip.com eventually I received a 50% refund.
For the price of $130 per night it should be clean and tidy.
