I had a great stay at Tower Hotel by At Mine Hospitality. The room was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The hotel corridors were clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the property overall looks much better in person than in the photos. I would stay again

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Ik vind het hier geweldig, de dame bij de receptie was zo aardig. Het gevoel alsof je thuis bent. Het thema van het hotel is ook fantastisch, ik denk dat het verband houdt met de cultuur van zwarte mensen:) Een heel gezellig hotel, maar de omgeving is 's nachts een beetje onveilig en eng. Het thema is zwarte cultuur. Een heel bijzonder hotel!

The hostel location is lowkey too quite and far from everything if you are not local but they have train station nearby I’m just not comfortable to walk around that much

Het enige pluspunt van dit hotel is de gratis pendelbus van en naar de luchthaven. De chauffeurs van de pendelbus waren buitengewoon behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De rest van het personeel was dat niet. Het hele hotel heeft een opknapbeurt en een grondige schoonmaakbeurt nodig.

疫情後都是不能每天打掃，可以每天換毛巾。小蚊蟲不少，容易拍殺，不影響睡眠。綠植多就會這樣。 飛機起降是能聽到，也是不影響我睡眠的。 我們就是找有廚房的美式酒店，所以這裏宣稱含早餐的坑，也是沒影響的。前台小角落早上6-9提供熱水茶啡麥片巧克力飲品，沒有更多了。我們自帶摩卡壺，調料一次性餐具，附近超市採買食材，酒店還提供一套不沾鍋盤子刀叉，足夠了。 免費停車是剛需，前台服務生友好，我們晚上十一點才到。 開車到小哈瓦那12分鐘，邁阿密海灘40分鐘，大沼澤公園一小時，keywest4小時，我覺得一切還算合理。

After checking in, I put my luggage in the room and left quickly to take care of some work. When I came back, I found an elderly woman and a Black woman behind her entering a code and unlocking my room door. I immediately went up to question them, but I got no response. They even blocked me outside the door. By the time I managed to get into the room, both of them had already left. I then messaged the owner, but received no reply at all. This situation made me feel extremely unsafe, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My laptop, tablet, phone, and bank cards were all inside the room. I do not understand how they knew the code or why they were able to open my door. This experience has seriously raised concerns about the hotel’s security and management.

It is worth for the price.
