Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Downtown Brickell - Cruise Port

Het is een prima hotel als je voor zaken in Miami bent, maar het is wel een beetje gedateerd. Het voelt zwaar aan. Maar de kamers zijn comfortabel.

De kamer was prima, maar het ontbijt was te simpel.

Ik vind het geweldig!

We had an amazing stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Miami – Brickell – Downtown. The location is perfect! Everything you need is within walking distance, including Publix and Walgreens, which made our stay very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. What truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Whenever we needed fresh towels or bath mats, they were provided promptly with a smile. The team genuinely cares about their guests, and we really appreciated their kindness. The only suggestions we have are to improve the complimentary breakfast, which is quite limited. It would be great to include milk and hot chocolate for children, along with a few additional breakfast choices. It would also be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies for guests staying several days. The value for money is excellent! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Miami. Highly recommended!

Everything was OK,. ,..good and serious workers ,.. Hotel os bery presentable amd comfotrable . The ony thing was the leaves that fell on the outside of the building,......dificult to handle ,..but can be taken care of especialy at the entrance . But besides that everything is exelent .

Habitación cómoda y amplia. Lo mejor su hubicación ya que a 5 minutos caminando tienes el tren, el unirail y el autobús para disfrutar a tope de MIAMI. Teniendo en cuenta lo que cuesta el parking en la ciudad de MIAMI, poder dejar el coche aparcado sin coste adicional ha sido perfecto. Sin duda el desayuno no debería llamarse desayuno sino tentenpie. Lo que ellos llaman desayuno son una barritas energéticas, la posibilidad de hacer un cafe o te y poco más.

The photos on the website about the property are completely different than what the hotel is like. The photos depicted a nice lobby and nice rooms. Once you arrive there, everything is very outdated and nothing looked like what they showed in the photos in the website. The beds are small (double beds). The AC was loud. You can hear all the traffic noise outside. The city decided to remove and resurface the road just outside the hotel. They worked from 9:30pm until 3:30am. Not the hotel’s fault but it was a terrible situation. We were booked for two nights but after the first night, we decided to leave and get a hotel elsewhere. Thankfully the individual in the front desk was kind enough to understand our concerns and refunded our money for the 2nd night.

Breakfast is more like morning snacks, muffins, instan oats coffee and nutri bars. Parking is big.
