"Nice beaches place"

"The room is quite spacious na pwede ka pang magpaparty sa loob - ganun sya kaluwag kahit deluxe room sya. Medyo creepy nga lang since luma na rin ung establishment. Malapit lang kasi sa venue kaya un na rin kinuha ko at one night lang naman. Wala ring complimentary water and ung tooth brush napakanipis - worth the price naman."

"It's a nice place to stay, with clean rooms and bathrooms, and helpful staff. It is located close to the highway, so there's some noise, but overall, it's a nice place to stay for a stopover during a long trip. I would book it again next time."

"I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!"
