There is an Italian language school at the end of our road. This 2 bedroom apartment is modern and comfortable with air conditioning in both bedrooms, and has been a holiday home for visitors since 2012. It's suitable for only 4 adults/children and there is also a child's cot and high chair. The kitchen opens out onto a large private roof terrace, with covered coperta and lighting, overlooking fields for the obligatory alfresco dining. There is also direct access to a further large private sun roof terrace (i.e. for this apartment only) with sun loungers and day round sunshine and great views at sunset. An hour’s drive from Brindisi airport (served by Ryanair, EasyJet and BA in the summer) and two hours drive from Bari airport, there is also a private garage in the gated apartment complex and a supermarket within a couple of minute’s walk. What is included: all the prices quoted includes private parking under the condominium, air-conditioning, gas, electricity, wi-fi, bedding, towels, and the cleaning of the apartment after you leave. There are no additional charges.This is the better side of town to be for the easiest walking access to the market, marina and the historic town center and its wonderful restaurants. Pretty, cobbled and car-free lanes wind through the compact city and are packed with fantastic restaurants and bars.
