2-Starhotels in Ibiza

Lovely little hotel in the heart of San Antonio, was the perfect base for me exploring the island. I expected cheap no frills accommodation but was pleasantly surprised by a lovely hotel, good sized, clean, comfortable room, with fridge, tv, air con, safe & private bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although no restaurant on site, having vending machines, water, coffee machine (which also dispenses hot water) & and a microwave at reception is a really helpful touch. Would deffo stay again :)

Very accessible! Check in hours are flexible and that was amazing for us as we had arrived very late in the evening! Staff are very friendly and the accomodation is safe and secure! This was better than the resort we had stayed in the previous night. Will be coming back here for sure!

I stayed in this hotel and the experience was really great. Cleaning was perfect in every environment and great attention to detail care is perceived. I also appreciated the sleeping kit, a small gesture that makes the stay even more comfortable and shows the attention given to guests. A special thank you all staff for the courtesy, availability and professionalism shown during the stay.

The hostel is funny and very clean. The only problem is the bunk bed to up. Who has difficult is really necessary to get below! The staff is likeable and very nice

Florencio Ibiza : With hotels in various cities, Sheraton is known for its comfortable accommodations and welcoming staff. Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the hotel's staff members. He arrived a bit late and the stuff from the bar recommended us a great place outside with delicious food.

Geweldige locatie voor het strand, de jachthaven, Eden en Es Paradis, allemaal binnen 2 minuten lopen. Comfortabel bed, warme douche, er is een restaurant beneden, maar ik heb daar niet gegeten. Genoten van mijn verblijf.

Oorspronkelijk geschreven op 26 april: Carolina checkte ons in en beantwoordde al onze vragen - zo'n geweldige hulp en ook nog eens heel aardig. We hadden ook ergens hulp bij nodig en ze kwam snel naar de kamer! De airconditioning en verwarming werken goed in de kamer, en de kamer is ook schoon en ruim. De moskee is ook vlakbij. We zijn uitgecheckt op vrijdag 26 april met een hartverwarmend afscheid van Yasmina en Jessica. We hadden niet gelukkiger kunnen zijn met ons verblijf in het hotel dankzij de gastvrijheid, zorg en vriendelijkheid van al het personeel dat we gedurende de dag hebben ontmoet. Yasmina gaf fantastische suggesties voor onze tijd op het eiland. Ze luisterde goed naar onze wensen en we hebben een leuke tijd gehad met praten over het leven op het eiland. Ik wens al het personeel het beste en wil graag onze dank uitspreken aan het personeel!

É stato tutto un disastro…prenotato attraverso trivago dove sono stati immessi le date corrette, su trip.com non si sa come x alcune offerte, ma devono capirlo loro le date sono slittate di un paio di giorni. Sta di fatto che non ci hanno dato le camere, sta di fatto che Trip.com ci ha trattato come delle bestie. Li abbiamo contattati dal giorno prima di partire e la risposta era ….NON VI PREOCCUPATE!!! Da allora siamo stati al telefono almeno 5 ore…almeno 60 telefonate davanti a 8 testimoni e la dinamica sfibbrante era sempre la medesima. La  richiamiamo noi attraverso un responsabile…tutte le volte cambiava l’operatore e l’ennesimo responsabile inutile che mi diceva…la richiamo tra 10 minuti e poi spariva. Il tutto davanti ai clienti del vostro albergo e dei vostri dipendenti. Vacanza rovinata…abbiamo dovuto spendere cifre folli x trovare un’altra soluzione a Ibiza e mi volevano dare €30 dí rimborso sulla prossima prenotazione. Mica sono un pezzente e ho rifiutato. Sconsiglio Trip.com e l’albergo stesso che non ha fatto altro che scaricare la responsabilità palese e ovvia di Trip.com Siccome ho potuto comprare un altro volo di rientro perché avevo ferie ho fruito di una delle due stanze…e secondo voi l’altra non è stata riassegnata…pessimi. Comunque mai più. Il nostro tempo vale e le persone non possono essere trattate con tanta sufficienza e mediocrità a oltre 2.000 da casa dopo che hanno lavorato e risparmiato per concedersi una piccola vacanza. Abbiamo superato ampiamente il segno. É stato tutto a dir poco mortificante con crisi di nervi e di pianto per il loro totale disinteresse e atteggiamento di sufficienza. Vergognatevi e spero che le persone riprendano la sana pratica di  prenotare direttamente l’albergo contattandolo direttamente e saltando questi intermediari che sono quantomeno imbarazzanti. Magari scegliamo strutture che hanno a cuore anche la loro reputazione e un’etica. Qua tutto questo non è pervenuto.

De locatie ligt vlakbij het busstation en op 3 minuten lopen van de boulevard met bars en restaurants. De kamer is schoon en ruim, met schone lakens en een comfortabel bed. De toiletten zijn schoon en voorzien van toiletartikelen en handdoeken. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Het is een klein hostel met een gezellige sfeer. Neem een ​​betalingsbewijs mee voor je verblijf, want hun systeem is in de war geraakt met de betalingsgegevens van een andere gast. Al met al zou ik dit hostel aanbevelen voor je verblijf.
