Zeer goede service

We kwamen laat in de avond aan en er was geen probleem met inchecken. De kamer was schoon en er waren geen problemen.

Het zwembad was geweldig. Aardig personeel, maar het lawaai uit de gangen maakte je ongeveer elk uur wakker. Ik zou een kamer vragen die niet op de gang op de eerste verdieping ligt.

The pool is really great. It is a 10 minute walk from the San Antoni Bus Station. Very close to the marine and bars.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is just perfect, not so close to the loud and busy beachfront, but not so far, from the best places to have some fun during the day and night, if you aren’t going to any specific party. You can do basically everything walking, they have beautiful sunsets from everywhere in the island. The hotel pool looks like a pool party during the day. Beautiful people, the employees are the highest point for me. All super cool, efficient and always smiling and friendly. I felt really comfortable with all and every one who attended me. The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom is extremely small. Perhaps is a pattern for their culture, we never know, but too tight for me. Something I would complain about, for sure is the need of €50 deposit to borrow the iron, and gets worse when you find out that they accept ONLY CASH ! Archaic ! But overall that was a detail. An inconvenient one but I would back there anyway.

It was very comfort because inside the room there were everything ( microvave, fridge, conditioner). Also it was very clean, but it’s pity that my room had not balcony…

They told us that something not working in our room, they sent us to other location they said the same hotel, service, facilities etc.... but the reality it was the worse hotel I've ever stay in my life. It look a hostel for me. We really did not expect stay in those type of hostel. Room is very small, bed is not comfortable at all, bathtub is very tiny for us, we get different room from what we paid or describe in website. The worse thing was next our room door was large young group just drunk and so loud. Luckily we just stayed here 1 night. I would never comeback again. Worse experience ever.

Room was clean. You can walk everywhere easily. Public parking area is 5 mins by walk. Ladies at the front desk were so kind. It was convenient overall.

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.
