There is a spectacular 60sq.m roof solarium with views to Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a secluded 50sq.m tiled rear patio with barbecue (BBQ). The two terraces are very private and secluded from winds. There is private off road parking. There is a communal pool and infant pool.
