"I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like ."

"De locatie is perfect, maar er zijn geen borden of iets dergelijks, dus je zult het niet kunnen vinden tenzij je het aan de mensen om je heen vraagt. Het ergste is echter dat het water regelmatig stopt met stromen. Tijdens mijn verblijf van twee nachten werd het water 4 tot 5 keer afgesloten. "The owner always stays around to ensure that everything is taken care of. A shared bathroom is featured but is always kept clean. The hostel is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage may need some help and the staff are always willing to give a hand. I extended my stay to even the 7th day, beyond my original plan."

"Great place to base out of when visiting Cairo. The rooms are clean and the staff (especially Anas) are super friendly while doing whatever they can to make your staff in Egypt the best. They've got connections and can even help with making tour recommendations and reservations. Best of all, there is no pressure to take additional services if the price isn't what you had in mind. They're very accommodating . In fact they are more of a family run business while focusing more on you as a person and less as a customer. You'll come as strangers but leave as friends."

"The hotel staff were reasonably friendly, but the facilities were outdated, and the staff didn't address the issues. On my first day, the shower water kept switching between hot and cold. After contacting the front desk, they moved me to a different room. However, the shower water in the new room was still inconsistent. The front desk then showed me a third room, which had the same inconsistent water temperature. It seemed like every room had this problem, forcing me to avoid the hot and cold water in the shower. Breakfast was very limited. I stayed nine nights, and the food was almost identical every day, with little choice. The only meat dish was sausage. The rooms were generally large, but there were ants near the dressing table. I sprayed insecticide daily. The hotel looks like a four-star hotel from the outside, and the rooms are spacious. However, the shower water temperature was inconsistent throughout the hotel, and the front desk knew but didn't fix it, just kept changing rooms and delaying solutions. There were also ants in the room. The bedding was clean but slightly pilled. Furthermore, during my nine-day stay, I only saw tour groups; there were almost no individual travelers. I was probably the only independent traveler. Everyone else was on Chinese tours or various Spanish and European tours. I asked a girl, and they were all brought by tour guides and only staying for two or three days. Staying for nine consecutive days like I did was really tough; showering was a nightmare. I could only shower briefly, then stop. The water temperature would fluctuate between cold and boiling every minute. I guess because the hotel mainly caters to tour groups, they haven't bothered to fix the water system. The only advantage was the price. If it weren't for the price, I wouldn't have stayed nine nights straight. It was definitely not as good as the Cairo Hilton I stayed at earlier. It was far inferior."

"Ik kan een verblijf in Cairo Paradise Hotel niet genoeg aanbevelen. We kwamen op een vrij spontane reis die we niet elke dag van tevoren hadden gepland, we boekten een hotel dat ons goed aanvoelde, op een goede locatie en besloten dat we daar eenmaal om aanbevelingen zouden vragen. We werden buitengewoon hartelijk verwelkomd door Ahmad en hadden een grote en mooie kamer. Vanaf de eerste dag kregen we zoveel advies op basis van ons budget en interesses: Amr gaf ons zijn ervaring en bood ons aan onze dagen te plannen om het meeste uit onze tijd te halen: we bezochten niet alleen veel locaties, we hadden ook begeleidde en deed de dingen in een bepaalde volgorde en op elk uur. Deze maakten het tot een heel erg druk en leuk avontuur! Afgezien van de reishulp was iedereen erg gul in het hotel, we kregen thee, koffie en Egyptisch eten aangeboden om te proberen, en we kregen een taxirit naar het vliegveld om terug te gaan. Ze zorgden er altijd voor dat we veilig waren en dat elke vraag werd beantwoord. Ik voelde me zo welkom in Egypte en Caïro en ik hoop terug te gaan en ze weer te zien? Bedankt aan Ahmad, Amr en alle anderen! Eén advies: soms kan het op de iPhone-kaarten een beetje verwarrend zijn wanneer u de hotelnaam schrijft. Zorg ervoor dat wanneer u de bestemming ziet, deze zich in Sherif Pasha Street bevindt, maar ook: tussen 26th July Street en Adly Street. Het hotel ligt ook tegenover de banketbakkerij El Abd Patisserie. Celeste :)"
