"衞生情況還可以，智能設備衹能聲控開關燈。
入住第一晚就被隔壁吵了一宿沒睡好覺，也不知道隔壁是住了什麼皮肉生意的，10點多就開始***一直到後半夜，震得牆都要塌了，站在走廊都能聽到，擾民程度就是差點報警抓他們。
除了這豆渣隔音之外其他條件都還好，樓下是萬達廣場，晚上還有許多小吃攤。就是附近特別不好停車，停商場停車場一小時4塊，進場即收費，住兩晚停車費也夠多的，所以我們衹好晚上停對面馬路邊，早上天亮前挪走（這邊白天貼條，晚上不管）。"

"С номером, вроде бы, все было на твердую 3, соседи были слишком шумные, запах курящих в соседнем номере не успевал проветриваться. На апартаменты не тянет. Посуды нет, чайника нет, телевизора нет. Это минусы. Из плюсов для меня лично-удобное расположение. Торговый центр со всеми популярными точками питание:KFC, STARBOKS MAK. Транспортная доступность-с такси не проблема. Для мамы не очень комфортные кровати, твердые, грязные подушки, порванное постельное белье, грязный душ, отваливается штукатурка, нельзя открыть окно - шум с улицы, по телевизору нет российского канала, нет полотенца для ног. Но есть раздельный душ и туалет. Эта гостиница хороша на 1 или 2 дня, мы же были 5 дней и в ней не получиться с комфортом отдохнуть."

"Когда встаёт задача найти жильё в незнакомом городе, особенно в командировке, подход обычно один: цена, качество и доступность. Именно по этому принципу я и выбирал отель в Муданьцзяне. Ещё в поезде открыл приложение на телефоне и начал просматривать варианты, расположенные неподалёку от вокзала. Сеть отелей Home Inn была мне уже немного знакома, поэтому, увидев Home Inn Ease Hotel с хорошей оценкой и прочитав несколько отзывов, я не сомневался ни минуты. Заказ подтвердился мгновенно.
Первое впечатление и тёплый приём:
Отель действительно оказался совсем рядом с вокзалом – поездка на такси обошлась всего в 8 юаней. Уже у стойки регистрации меня ждал приятный сюрприз. Узнав, что я из России, администратор тут же включила на телефоне электронный переводчик, и общение через него не доставило нам совершенно никаких неудобств. Более того, она предложила бесплатно повысить уровень номера и добавила бесплатный завтрак – на такое предложение я, конечно же, радостно согласился. Персонал здесь действительно вежливый и приветливый, что чувствуется с первых минут.
Перед заселением администратор любезно показала номер, чтобы убедиться, что меня всё устраивает. Номер понравился сразу: просторный, с большой кроватью, балконом и видом на улицу. Мы немного поговорили, и я расспросил её об отеле. Оказалось, что он открылся в 2022 году и насчитывает 55 номеров различного класса – от двухместных с двумя кроватями или одной большой до семейных, где предусмотрены отдельные спальные места для взрослых и ребёнка. Мой выбор пал на номер с большой кроватью, и я ни капли не пожалел.
Удобства и мелочи, которые радуют:
В холле отеля я заметил компьютер с принтером для постояльцев – находка для тех, кто приехал в командировку. Рядом – бесплатный кофе, чай, кипяток, печенье и конфеты. Wi‑Fi работает одинаково хорошо как в номерах, так и в лобби. В некоторых типах номеров предоставляется бесплатный завтрак от McDonald’s.
Ещё один важный плюс – бесплатная прачечная для постояльцев со стиральной и сушильной машинами, утюгом и отпаривателем. Для командировочных, которые ценят своё время и деньги, это просто спасение. Кстати, в отеле используется постельное бельё, поставляемое централизованно компанией Home Inns Group, – качество действительно чувствуется.
Интересная деталь: это один из немногих отелей в Муданьцзяне, где разрешено проживание с домашними животными. Правда, важно помнить о цивилизованном содержании питомцев и соблюдении чистоты.
Расположение и что посмотреть рядом:
Отель находится в отличном месте – всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от главной пешеходной улицы Муданьцзяня, что даёт возможность прогуляться вечером. Рядом расположено несколько парков, торговых комплексов и пешеходных зон. Неподалёку находится мемориал «Восьми девушкам, павшим в реке» (八女投江烈士纪念碑) – одно из знаковых мест города, связанное с героическими страницами истории.
Рестораны и кафе рядом:
В нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля, вдоль пешеходной улицы Дунъи (东一步行街), сосредоточено множество ресторанов, кафе и лапшичных. Здесь можно найти всё: от аутентичной северо-восточной кухни до корейской барбекю, от сычуаньского хого до разнообразных блюд на гриле – выбор на любой вкус и кошелёк.

Мне кажется, Home Inn Ease Hotel идеально подойдёт тем, кто приезжает в Муданьцзян в командировку по бизнесу. Но и туристы, которые хотят сэкономить на проживании в пользу экскурсий и развлечений, найдут здесь отличный вариант. Соотношение цены и качества здесь превосходное.
Как мне кажется, отель будет очень популярен у российских туристов, путешествующих по приграничному Китаю, так как Муданьцзян – один из ближайших крупных приграничных городов, который находится недалеко от границы между Россией и Китаем, всего в часе езды от Суйфэньхэ. Здесь много возможностей для хорошего шопинга и развлечений.

結論：強推！
1.衞生。作為民宿，衞生做的非常細緻，房間很乾凈！本來覺得這是理所當然的，直到在哈爾濱一家連鎖酒店住了一晚，對比非常明顯！
2.用品齊全。孩子的一次性拖鞋也有，沒有漱口杯，老闆準備了很多一次性紙杯，非常貼心！孩子的一次性用品可喲問前台要，特別可愛，孩子很喜歡。
3.位置方便。門口就是鎮中心，出門就有很多美食，對面就是愛尚麻辣燙（強推這家），旁邊透骨香的雞爪子特別好啃！走百來米就是順橋筋餅。
4.好玩！老闆自己做的冰滑梯，圖片上看着有點土土的，不大好看，我當時在他家和卡爾家糾結了很久卡爾家的滑梯有燈有裝飾很好看。但是到了就發現！實物很好！而且長啊！滑得超爽~後院還有一座小雪山，入住的幾天看着幾個孩子給雪山挖了山洞哈哈哈哈
5.還是方便！橫道河子鎮上出租車都是統一的貴，老闆家自己接送會便宜很多！
6.地暖舒適。來着之前，在瀋陽和長春住的酒店都是統一供暖，熱得誒，人都要成肉乾了。他家不但24小時熱水，還是自控地暖！我把温度調低了些，在這兒睡得幾個晚上市來東北最舒適的！
總之，這家民宿超棒的！完全沒有讓人失望！

De tweede keer dat ik de rivier van de tunnel ben gekomen, heb ik meer bezoekers gevonden, de prijs is duur, maar de Amerikaanse en Amerikaanse huishoudens zijn nog steeds dezelfde prijs goedkoop! De mensen zijn aan de rivier en het landschap is goed. De kamer is schoon en comfortabel en warm genoeg water. De baas heeft een tunnel, de keuken is goed! Specifiek aanbevolen om haar kip te maken en zuurkoekjes, het smaakt geweldig! Het gewicht is goed, we kunnen niet afmaken met drie mensen. De baas heeft ons de volgende dag geholpen, met een beetje kook en eten, en de smaak is eindeloos!

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you!
The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is!
It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids
It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

Отель прекрасный, продлили проживание еще на сутки. Запах прекрасный в гостинице на всех этажах. Завтраки 25 юаней с человека шведский стол, сытные, разнообразные. Кровать удобная, постельное белье белоснежное. Уровень гостиницы очень высокий, цена приятная.

The lady was very friendly and welcoming, recommending delicious local food for us to try. We booked two rooms, and she kindly upgraded them so we could stay on the same floor. They do request a deposit. The rooms were warm, but we suggest improving the air quality as the cigarette smoke smell was quite strong, which was challenging for us as we’re sensitive to smoke. Since we only stayed one night, it was bearable. We hope to return one day to this beautiful place.

The room was nice, but the towel was too small.
If you are a foreigner and you want to cross the border from China to Russia here at Dongning: only Chinese and Russian citizens are allowed here! You must cross the border in Suifenhe.

literally actoss the street from the rail station and immediately adjacent to pedestrian shopping street. odd shower, floods entire bathroom. room reasonably clean, older hotel but some updating noted. breakfast was excellent, generous. AC (空调） excellent. would seriously consider staying there again.

Decent hotel. They were renovating so you had to take a small lift by the street to the fourth floor where reception was, before taking a different lift up to your hotel room.

酒店的房間很好，設施齊全，被褥也乾淨，衞生間使用方便。房間裏沒有空調，老闆給了一個電風扇，實際上我們沒有用，晚上挺涼快的。
房間裏沒有瓶裝的礦泉水，但走廊裏備有桶裝水。
酒店周圍吃飯很方便，往坡上走不遠有很多飯館，往坡下走還有早市和夜市。
門前馬路上有路側停車位，通常都佔滿了，需要開車去找。
綏芬河的路不是上坡就是下坡，到酒店的大堂就要上台階，還好酒店有電梯。
住了一晚，價格不貴，感覺還可以。

The owner is very kind. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we will able to communicate by using Wechat. The location of the property is about 8-10 minute walk to Harbin Railway Station. Heilongjiang Provincial Musuem is also walking distance. And Carrefour is about 10 minute walk of you want to buy groceries.
Hot water is present. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for the price I paid.
