"The hotel is very near to dagu glacier entrance, 5 min drive only. The owner also so nice to help us, as we arrived at the hotel very late at night. They also helped to arrange car for us to go Dagu Glacier and even to sent us to the Maoxian train station. The room is very big andcomfortable. We really had pleseant stay here. Recommended to everyone to book this hotel. Btw, we are from Malaysia🥰"

"The staff and receptionists were so friendly, hospitality, they helped me so much to find scenics informations in Li County (although this hotel is in Heishui). The quality of this room is excellent, automatic curtain, air conditioner, toilet... always in very good condition.
This hotel locate in the center of Heishui, 200m on the right side of the hotel, you can find the small market (open in the afternoon), they sell fresh fruit like tangerins, apples just 4 yuan / 0.5 kg (so cheap)... 300m from the left side of this hotel, you will find the supermarket"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! Their grilled fish is delicious, and the desserts are very nice. The hotel's location is excellent. The room was meticulously cleaned; there was no dust or water stains on the floor or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was clean and soft, incredibly relaxing to lie on. The soundproofing was beyond imagination; it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing even light sleepers to get a full night's rest. The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi all worked perfectly. The toiletries were high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money; among similar-priced options, the environment and service are top-notch, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Absolutely no complaints. Next time I'm in town for business or leisure, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table."

"De tweede keer dat ik naar Shahhad kwam, was het eerste keer in een september vier jaar geleden, dat de hele kamer vol stond met de auto. Hoewel de meeste mensen in rij zouden gaan eten, lieten de mooie landschappen en de gelukkige dorpen mij nog steeds een zeer goede indruk. Het was de bedoeling om naar Sichuan te gaan, en er waren vrienden die op de weg waren, die voorlopig een rij naar Tsjahad wilden brengen. Op het herfstseizoen, er zijn duidelijk veel minder bezoekers. Wij hebben zes mensen in het bezoekersservicecentrum. Maar de passie van de kleine broer van de receptie is niet afgenomen. Het is bijzonder werkelijk. Ik zeg dat het herfstseizoen is. Ik heb je drie van de beste kamertypes opgevoed, hoewel het nu niet de mooiste seizoen is, Maar laat jullie maar plezier maken. Het is niet langer dan een paar minuten voor de procedure. De leidinggevende kwam naar het servicecentrum om ons naar de kamer te brengen. Dit kamer geeft ons een grote verrassing. Dit is een echte gratis upgrade van de naam. De zogenaamde upgrade van andere hotels is volledig twee concepten 😄 ten minste vijf bestanden opgeheven, het is eerlijk gezegd vol. De burgemeester is ook zeer gezellig en zeer schoon. Hij is druk met ons. Hij is echt net zo comfortabel en warm als in zijn huis. De avond in de kast, er zullen gezellige dorpen en ons op de hele weg gedag zeggen! Deze reis is gebleken door een vriend te zijn die niet goed is, maar de passie van de heer Had heeft ons een grote warmte gegeven. Een rij van zes mensen is zeer tevreden 👍 voor de servicepunten van Chen Had. Hopelijk bent u steeds beter en krijgt u steeds meer aandacht en complimenten van de bezoekers, we zullen zeker terugkomen!"

這次川西自駕去達古冰川，入住黑水基若山莊，體驗直接拉滿，是全程最省心、最舒服的一家！
山莊位置絕佳，離達古冰川景區僅1公里左右，老闆還提供免費接送服務，早上不用早起趕路，對看冰川的遊客太友好了。就在七彩甲足藏寨旁，環境安靜優美，藏式風情濃郁，院子乾淨整潔，空氣清新，早晚能看到星空與山景，氛圍感十足。自駕停車超方便，有免費寬敞停車場，還帶充電樁，電車出行毫無壓力。
房間空間很大，乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，睡一覺就能緩解自駕疲勞。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足穩定，洗漱用品齊全，衞生做得非常細緻，角落都乾乾淨淨。房間採光好、視野棒，隔音也不錯，夜晚特別安靜，休息質量很高。整體既有嘉絨藏族特色，又兼顧現代住宿的舒適，住着安心又愜意。
老闆和家人熱情又實在，服務特別貼心，辦理入住高效，主動幫忙提行李，還會耐心講解達古冰川遊玩攻略、高反注意事項，幫忙買景區套票更划算，有任何問題都第一時間解決，像家人一樣温暖。
餐飲更是驚喜！氂牛火鍋、藏式土火鍋分量足、味道絕，食材新鮮，本地風味地道，酥油茶、自製酸奶都超好喝。早餐豐富可口，藏式餅、稀飯、泡菜都很贊，吃得滿足又暖胃。
周邊去奶子溝、七彩甲足都很近，出行便利。綜合來看，位置好、服務暖、房間乾淨、餐食好吃、停車方便，性價比超高，不管是家庭出遊、朋友結伴還是攝影旅行，都非常適合。來達古冰川住這裏絕對不踩雷，下次來黑水一定還選這家，真心推薦給所有去川西的朋友！

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby.
We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding.
The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day.
It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale.
The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.

Although it was a random choice, I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. The newly opened hotel, the environment is very clean, the scenery is good, the key boss is very warm and friendly, and the cooking is delicious! There is also a cute kitten from the boss. The hotel’s location is convenient for visiting Dagu Glacier, but the map pin is slightly inaccurate—you’ll need to walk about 200 meters back down the road to reach it. The room is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, cleanliness could be improved, as there was some dust and a few stains on the floor. Overall, though, the stay was good value for the price.

The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
