Fab hotel for a quiet last minute break. Pool area was brilliant, really comfy sun beds and brilliant cocktails served from the pool bar. We were always able to find a sun bed. The staff were all brilliant, food and drink all seemed reasonable for the local prices. We were in one of the older rooms so it didn’t have the nice blue/ white colour theme shown in the hotel photos, but beds were comfy and there were double balcony doors so there was no issues with noise from the street. It was great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely beach less than 10 mins walk, and easy to jump on the bus to Palma from right outside the hotel (€2 each way). You can also cycle which is lovely too. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. dinner also good, each night had a different theme- some nights were better than others! There was no entertainment in the evenings but bar open until 12. We stayed Monday- Friday and the hotel was busy but pretty chilled, I think it’s more of a party hotel over the weekends.

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

Quick transfer from airport and quick check in. Everything was good. The hotel is clean and up to date (not brand new but not old and tired either). Good beds/towels/cleaning staff. Small hotel and good soundproofing. Mainly couples staying and quiet at night. A few restaurants around the hotel but none worth mentioning. Good thing was that with 11 euros we could get into the centre of Palma.

Beautiful Hotel..Thank you so much to your lovely bar staff for taking the time to make me an espresso martini even though it was not on your cocktail menu. It was delious. That is perfect customer service.. Please tell your bar staff I will definitely be back for another one or maybe two during our stay.. x

This was our third stay at Apolo . Unfortunately our stay was cut short by a day due to the French ATC strike . We had EJ flights and there were no flights available back to Bristol for 4 days, we managed to get flights with BA back to Heathrow the day before the strike began, which did make our holiday quite costly. We enjoyed our stay very much , the breakfast & evening meals are very good , although as a previous reviewer had said the food is not always very hot , but a lot of choices available both for breakfast & evening dinner. We had a pool/sea view room that I had requested on the 5th floor. I also asked if we could have a kettle and it was in our room on our arrival. The rooms are not very big and storage is limited, only one drawer with hanging space above . The bathroom with a shower, which was a little small, but there was a window to open. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the hotel is kept very clean. The food in the snack bar at lunch time is also very good. We choose to stay at the hotel due to its short taxi trip €15 from the airport and our previous holidays . If & when we return for any future holidays we would not hesitate to stay at Apolo . Second time going with iberostar in Spain. Wasn’t a question after the first to go with it again and this one seems even better than last year in Tenerife! Friendly staff, comfy, clean & spacious room, great choice of food (breakfast is the best with churros, grill is always a good idea at dinner). The hotel itself is not overcrowded, there are just enough rooms, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by an enormous hotel complex. Upon arrival our luggages were taken right away, check-in could be done online since we booked on iberostar’s website so only final touches were made and while we had to wait around 5 minutes we were offered refreshments and fruits. Our room is standard with a side sea view on the 4th floor but still it seems like one of the best rooms and the side sea view is just partly side, the view is basically amazing. Airport 10 minutes away, Palma 15 mins by taxi and you can always count on the staff to order one for you. One of the best choice when staying in Mallorca!

This was our first time in Mallorca! We were very pleased that we chose AluaSoul Hotel for our 5 days! The hotel was very clean and well situated with lots of restaurants, shops and relaxation to suit your needs. The staff were amazing... Firstly, we rented a car for a day. They arranged everything for us. Plus the rental car company they use (Royal Rental) was not only the best price, their service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and definitely left full! We chose to eat dinner twice at the hotel. They have theme nights for the menu of the buffet. This too was very tasty and not overly priced (25Epp). Each night the had live entertainment. This was hit and miss.. Not the best we've experienced. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

Just returned from five nights at Las arenas and everything was perfect. My daughter and I found the hotel was fantastic. Cleanliness was brilliant and we were relieved to see how clean it was after some of the reviews. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Lovely rain forest shower. The room was an adequate size for two of us and we had cupboard space each. As for the food I found the selection was the best of any others that I’ve stayed in at Can Pastilla. We are vegetarian and had enough to eat. The choice of desserts was lovely I’ve put on several pounds after five nights of them. Great choice of breakfast I would have liked bigger cups but can refill so no problem. We loved the downstairs pool and always got a sun bed anytime of day. Yes agree upstairs pools the sun beds were taken early but plenty of other seats to enjoy the wonderful view up there. Would we stay again. A definite YES. But would have to be a sea view room.
