"Having booked hotels through Ctrip for so many years, this is the first hotel that I've felt compelled to write a positive review. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with local delicacies and snacks within easy walking distance. The hotel entrance isn't large, but once you go up the elevator, you'll find a hidden gem. My first impression was of cleanliness! Exceptionally clean. Spotless. Of all the hotels I've booked, from Hailar to Manzhouli to Heishantou to Shiwei, and finally Ergun, this hotel boasts the best cleanliness and soundproofing. The owners are incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms are fully equipped with amenities, including slippers, toothbrushes, and pillows for children. Chatting with the owners, I learned that the rooms were designed entirely by the father and son, without any professional designers, yet the results surpass those of many professional designers. The rooms are warm and elegantly decorated, with efficient and rational space utilization. The design concept greatly inspired me. The fourth-floor terrace garden is still under construction, but I was fortunate enough to be invited to visit it. The view was truly beautiful! A highly recommended hotel. The owner is a very easygoing person; we hit it off immediately and he upgraded our room. The kids had a blast playing on the second floor of the loft, and the electric retractable ladder was safe and practical. It was truly a rare find among hotels on this trip. Before we left, the owner gave us some local specialty bread, which was delicious! Thank you both for your warm hospitality; we look forward to seeing you again! Wishing you booming business!"

"It was a surprise to come to Hulunbuir to play this Guna Zuimei Hotel!
The hotel building looked clean and tidy, and the front desk in the lobby was cleaned up. The staff was gentle, the check-out prompt was clear, and the check-in was quick and worry-free. There is also a whole row of color swings in the backyard. If you live with children, the baby can play for a long time. The yard is spacious and it is particularly comfortable to rest and walk.
The room hardware is in place, the air conditioning is complete, and the beds are clean. The location is convenient, the surrounding environment is clean, the breakfast time is also clearly marked, and the price is full! I will stay here next time I come here again. I really recommend friends who drive and travel with parents and children to choose it!"

"Give the hostel a thumbs up! Because I'm pregnant, I want to stay as comfortably and warmly as possible. Seeing that there are many Mongolian yurts in Heishantou and the reviews are mixed, I'm worried. I think there are more young people living in the youth hostel, so the owner's business philosophy may be better. Sure enough, this hostel is a pleasant surprise. It should be considered a very good accommodation in Heishantou. Air conditioning and electric blankets ensure warmth, fragrant bath towels, clean beds and bathing conditions, complete disposable supplies, and full of Instagram style. Sleep peacefully at night away from any noise and light pollution.
There was also a small episode. I had returned to Hailar and found that my bag was lost in a breakfast shop in Heishantou. It was not even on Dianping.com and I couldn't contact it at all. There were many documents such as my ID card in it, and I was anxious to find the Heishantou police station. My husband tried to contact the hostel for help. The boss asked his brother to go to the hotel to ask for help immediately. The hotel owner was also very good and helped to send the bag back. 🥹Thank the boss! Beautiful and kind! !

The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and imbued with local charm. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly warm and genuine, personally welcoming us and thoughtfully helping with itinerary planning and recommending local delicacies, making us feel right at home. Staying here was not only relaxing but also allowed us to experience the sincerity and hospitality of northerners. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and well-designed, easily accommodating up to six people. Toiletries provided were of high quality, adding to the comfort of the stay.
Note for foreign travelers: Due to its proximity to the border, all foreign guests must register at the local police station prior to check-in. This is standard across all hotels in the area.

The rooms are packed near each other and the walls are thin so there was so much noise from neighbors late at night and early morning. I would not stay there again.

They have a nice common area with sofas, books and a restaurant/bar with a view over the grassland. The staff was super helpful. They took me to go horse riding with them, let me have dinner with them (there were no other guests) and organised a shared car to my next destination. Would come back anytime!
