原來想訂的酒店沒房了，看到25年薪裝修而且五分好評，馬上定了。非常寧靜小區裏面，家家都有攝像頭，安保措施非常好。房間非常乾淨漂亮，衞生間非常整潔乾淨，看得出來房東非常非常愛乾淨。因為樓梯和房間鋪的是白色地毯，行李箱都放在最底層不上樓，要脱鞋上樓，非常理解，我都不捨得弄臟白白的地毯。自己可以準備一雙乾淨拖鞋，廚房地面是瓷磚，冬天還是有點涼的。廚房共用，可以用微波爐熱熟食，燒開水，不能做飯菜。房東還貼心準備了一些零食，其中一種是非洲的零食“Qinqin”，很好吃。晚上熱情的房東陪我聊了很久，第一次知道自己的三腳貓英語還有能支撐與老外的對話那麼久。房東非常熱情、很貼心，熱水壺裡麪隨時注滿了冷水，一按鍵就可以燒。早上還貼心為我叫了UBER。總之，房間非常乾淨漂亮，房東熱情細心，可以閉眼安心入住。 衞生間毛巾架是立體的，好貼心的設計，贊一個！ 另外，給攜程提個意見：攜程的地圖顯示酒店在市中心，我們準備走過去的，但因為太冷，叫了UBER，到了才發現方向完全相反，也不在鬧市區。希望攜程馬上改正，在國外語言不通，還要被攜程的地圖誤導，這麼折騰的話，太可憐了。

The best hotel we stayed at during our holiday in the UK. Exceptional room, grounds, service and breakfast. It was also somehow the lowest price hotel we stayed at.

The Psalter is a gem of an independent hotel. Very close to Eccleshall Rd and Endcliffe Park. Clean and comfortable room in great condition. Comfy beds, great shower, excellent use of space. Free secure car parking. Easy booking and check in. Great price for a triple room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Arranged a slightly later check out for us. No hassle.

One day of work related visit. Very decent hotel in the heart of Sheffield with great amenities and good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, granted a complimentary late check-out with no fuss. Breakfast was really great, apart from not serving hot chocolate drink. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sheffield. Highly recommended

Accommodation was simple, comfortable and spotless. Was close to the Sheffield Ice - where I was going. Lots of places to eat close by. Certainly recommend this place for anyone attending Sheffield Ice.

Perfect location, easy to find, efficient reception, comfy room- ideal for a night.

I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either ”Line busy” or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud ”bang.” The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now.

It was an impressive and pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was perfect for our trip, very spacious and with great view. The bed mattress is one of the best in all my experience. I had great sleep during the stay. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The location is very convenient if you are driving - 20 mins drive to the walking trails and 10 mons drive to centre of Sheffiled. David from the restaurant provided highly professional and helpful service for our breakfast. All in all, we would consider staying at this hotel again if we visit this area again.

Just a quick overnight stay to attend a graduation at Sheffield Uni. Very clean, comfortable and quiet, with large rooms, fairly modern bathrooms and a spacious car park. There are several convenience stores and takeaways nearby (10-15min walk or 3min drive). Only took around 30 minutes by car to reach the city centre and the university, in moderate traffic. Not a breakfast person myself but a buffet continental breakfast was included, consisting of the usual cereals, yoghurt, croissants, juice, tea, coffee...cooked breakfast was available for what seemed a reasonable price on top. All in all a nice, hassle-free stay.
