Hotel New Park

Please don't book this hotel the worst hotel I have stayed. Room is old food is bad and cherry on top with hotel ***agement. I will give them 100 multiply by 0 I. Reviews. Please just check before doing the booking because they give you the pictures of future project.

The hotel is very nice and hospitality of hotel is excellent and hotel staff Mr. Ashaq and his workers is good in behavior. The location of the hotel is beautiful, located only 10 m away from Dal lake.

Nice location infront of dal lake most attractive place in Srinagar. Amazing stay at hotel new park with good hospitality specially Mr Aashak very helpful and always with positive response. Being at the Dal lake you can have liesure walk in morning and evening hours and do shoping in nearby area Thanks

I booked this hotel for four Nights in month of September 2023. They charged me very high cost. This hotel have no amenities. Service was very poor.if you take food from this hotel then you will hate that food life time. No coperation. On the name of Dal lake view they are just making fool ti the customer. No facilities. Cleaning also not done in the period of stay. You have to clean your room by yourself. Wi fi is chargeable and if you stay then first day they will provide water bottle from next day it is chargeable. Our home washroom is as better than this hotel washroom. No cleaning in period of stay. No exhaust. Worst hotel that I have seen in my life. Worthless.।।।।

My stay at Hotel New Park was a delightful journey into the beauty and culture of Srinagar. The combination of the mesmerizing Dal Lake, the sincere staff, and the comfort of the hotel made for an unforgettable experience. While there were minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the overall excellence of the stay. Mr. Ashaq Pays close attention to guests' needs and preferences. Listen them carefully to their requests and concerns, and take appropriate action to address them promptly. He was very helpful in each and every aspect.

Got a chance to stay in the Hotel New Park in July 2022. Our room was in the rear portion of the hotel. Positive points : - The only plus point is its location, which is bang opposite of Dal Lake. - Lawn also is amazing. - Easy access to Dal lake gates which are just outside the hotel. - Easy to catch autos as you exit the hotel. Some negatives : - The room was just ok. It was stinky. We asked for a room freshener twice. Later we use our own perfume. - Bedsheet was dirty. Fortunately we carried our own bedsheets which we use for the night stay. - Water quality in the washroom was not good. It was muddy. We had to use common washroom. Suggestion - Opt for room with Dal Lake View. Rooms are better.

I had a nice experience with this hotel. Hotel ***ager ( Mr. Ashq and Mr Bashir ) is very cooperative and humble in nature and has shown great gestures. He always supported while visiting the city. It is my 3rd time staying here. They guide while asking about the visiting place across the Srinagar.

Nice and comfortable stay. Easy access to Dal lake gates which are just outside the hotel. A taxi stand is also very nearby which was very helpful. Easy to catch autos as you exit the hotel as well. Didnt get a chance to interact much with the staff. Got good wi-fi in the room. No restaurant in the hotel, but ***y very close by.
