It was such an amazing experience staying here, Me myself is a photographer and my wife Is interior designer and we keep travelling but we couldn't find such houseboat ever, staff is amazing and owner Imtiyaz bhai is very welcoming and trust me guys don't think about anything before booking this stay. Their interior and balcony is superb. we will strongly recommend everyone to come here

The Mascot Houseboat on Lake Nageen was a very restful and peaceful experience. It was lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The houseboat is beautifully furnished and the staff are very attentive and polite. Sitting on the deck in the early morning and watching the mountains and the lake in the quiet time of day is like medidating. It is a must visit for anyone going to Srinagar.

The Houseboat is very tastefully decorated! Emperor Suite was very beautiful! Our stay on the whole was a great experience. The meals were outstanding! Just the wifi and TV was not working. The service staff attended to us very well. The ***ager Imtiyaz all the time asking if we need anything! If u want to enjoy houseboat experience in Srinagar it has to be Mascot Houseboat for sure!

Living in Mascot houseboat was an amazing experience. We did 3nights there unlike people's suggestion to do just 1night in the houseboat and it was an addictive feeling ....we all loved it so so much. It was like a palatial abode floating on the most spectacular part of Srinagar with an amazing staff who did everything to make us feel extra special.

We had initially stayed at Mascot Houseboat on March 29th and had kept our options open to see where to stay again in Srinagar in a few more days. The outstanding hospitality didn't let us think further and we booked again at Mascot for 2 more nights. Ths staff, rooms & ambience were simply superb and the location on Nigeen Lake was calm & perfect ! I did have the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Tu*** who was very helpful with some requests that I had had. I would definitely recommend Mascot Houseboats to my friends and family. Here's an extra bit of info, You can reach Mascot Houseboats by both road and shikara.

Stay at Mascot was very comfortable. The House Boat was Artistically Designed with Very Royal Look . Imtiaz & Team was very Humble & Kind . Food was very Homely & They serve you personally catering to your Needs & requirements. Overall we enjoyed Our stay & will see you guys soon again .

We had a chance to stay at Mascot Houseboat at Nigeen in Lake, Srinagar. I must say it was a splendid stay for us, loved each and every moment spent on this lovely piece of artwork. The boat is very artistically decorated with hand crafted wooden furniture and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is very polite and always smiling and ready to walk extra mile for the guests. The breakfast was cherry on the cake, home made and you won’t like to miss it. Last but not the least, Mr Imtiaz made sure to meet and greet us personally. Looking forward to meet him again. Must say, it’s a 5 Star experience to stay on his boat. Never miss the opportunity to stay when visiting Srinagar.

A real gem! The houseboat we stayed on was built in 2016 and is absolutely gorgeous. The boat is located on a quiet section of the lake so our stay was peaceful and private. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the staff are delightful. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay.

This houseboat is a stunning work of crafts***ship and a wonderful place to stay. The food and hospitality are exceptional, far above and beyond expectations. We loved staying here and hope to return in the summer when we can enjoy sitting outside on the lake. Kashmir is a fascinating and beautiful land.
