"Located in the highest part of Spello, beautiful location. The staff were really very courteous. The rooms, old, poorly maintained and not very clean, with very uncomfortable mattresses and the breakfast consisting mainly of sweet cakes and industrial biscuits as well as the bread and fruit juices, do not comply with the declared four stars, perhaps barely reaching three. The scrambled eggs were good but the bacon was basically a crusty sheet of fat. Among other things, there were no options for those allergic and intolerant to gluten and lactose (not even lactose-free milk). It's a shame because the location deserves it as well as the external structure but the rooms absolutely need to be modernized (at least those with the garden where we have stayed, I haven't seen the others) and improved the breakfast. With all the fantastic Umbrian products it shouldn't be difficult"

"Grote kleine B&B zeer dicht bij Spello. We gebruikten het als basis om Umbria te ontdekken voor 4 nachten. Het appartement is op een hoofdweg vlak buiten de stadsmuren met openbare parkeerplaats over de weg. We vonden een paar keer als we terugkwamen op het bankvakantie- of weekendje dat het soms moeilijk zou zijn om een parkeerplaats te krijgen. De kamer was ruime met een mooie badkamer, maar helaas was er een drenage geur probleem dat onze verblijf een beetje ruïnede. We legden een handdoek over de douchedrench die het voor het grootste deel bevestigde. Het ontbijt was geweldig met een smaakvolle of zoete optie per persoon, koffie en jus, enz. Je gaat niet honger! Het was te koud voor het zwembad in mei, maar we gebruikten het spa na een lange Romeinse trail die was geweldig. Over het algemeen een goede plek voor de prijs."
