Hotels met spa in Sa Pa

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

Waar te beginnen? Vanaf het moment dat we uit de shuttlebus voor het hotel stapten, werden we begroet met een glimlach en vriendelijk personeel. Zodra je het hotel binnenstapt, is je eerste reactie om foto's te maken. Overal waar je kijkt, zie je unieke ontwerpen die een mix zijn van Franse invloeden, traditionele Vietnamese patronen en culturele kleding. Ze verwelkomden ons met een heerlijke, rijke warme chocolademelk toen we incheckten. Het hotel is enorm en er is zoveel te zien en te bewonderen. Het adembenemende uitzicht op de 10e verdieping is adembenemend op een heldere dag. Onze tweepersoonskamer was ruim, met een balkon waar je kunt staan en genieten van de natuur. Onze bedden waren hoog en zo comfortabel met de zachte kussens. Onze kamer had alles wat je nodig had en meer. Onze badkamer was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het slimme ontwerp en de kleine details in de kamer maakten het verschil, zoals de tv-lampen met etalagepoppen en lampenkappen met traditionele patronen. De grote kettingen als versiering van de lampenkappen op het bed. De mode van Franse schilderijen aan de muur. Het kleurenschema was geweldig. Het ontbijt is gewoon FANTASTISCH, je weet gewoon niet waar je moet beginnen, want alles ziet er fantastisch uit en smaakt heerlijk. De locatie is fantastisch en zo dicht bij alles. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en heeft tours van een halve dag geboekt om de lokale dorpen te bezoeken. Je kunt je tickets voor Fansipan ook het beste bij dit hotel boeken, omdat het proces veel eenvoudiger is. Wij hadden geen fysieke tickets, maar gebruikten gezichtsherkenning, waardoor we veel sneller door de rijen konden. Een andere reden om in dit hotel te verblijven, is dat ze je kunnen helpen met het reserveren van tickets en je op de hoogte houden van het weer voordat je besluit de tickets te kopen (soms kan het weer zo onvoorspelbaar zijn). Dit hotel is gewoon GEWELDIG!!

Room: Mountain view room with balcony. Room was cosy, clean n very confortable. The view was fantastic too. Service: Staff were all very helpful and courteous. It's a local hotel operated by a family. They were all super friendly n helpful, making our stay felt very welcomed from start tp end. Location: Superb! Right outside you will find eateries, massage/spas, shopping, cinvenience stores etc. Eventhough the hotel was right in a busy area, rooms were all designed facing the mountain making it perfect, tranquil n quiet.

Lady hill is an excellent resort with every request catered for. Rooms are fantastic and view is certainly mesmerising. I unfortunately had an injury in Sapa, however the resort really looked after our needs throughly. Breakfast spread is delightful especially with the sunrise so be sure to arrive early to catch a view. I am truly grateful to Joseph the resteraunt manager, all reception staff and nurse for giving us a caring and amazing stay over Christmas.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

The best hotel! Quite affordable for Malaysians and definitely worth the price. The room offers a beautiful mountain and train view. Breakfast was amazing! The spa service was a little expensive compared to local street options, but everything else was perfect. You can store your luggage early, and they even have a washroom with hot shower facilities where you can freshen up, brush, and change before check-in. The place feels very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us in renting a bike and booking our Fansipan trip directly from the hotel, so we didn’t have to search around or queue elsewhere. Overall, the best stay we’ve had — highly recommended!

(Periode daar: 17-20 september, afkoeling en lichte regen) Het hotel voelt luxe aan. Geweldige voorzieningen, geweldige gastvrijheid, geweldige service. Voor mijn moslimvrienden is het een strategische plek, op 5 minuten lopen van het ENIGE halal-restaurant daar (SAPA HALAL RESTAURANT). Degenen onder u die van paardrijden houden, kunnen rechtstreeks bij het hotel huren, hoewel ik dit tijdens mijn verblijf niet zou aanbevelen vanwege het weer en de bochtige wegen. U kunt met de receptioniste van het hotel een taxi voor u reserveren van 's ochtends tot 17.00 uur lokale tijd. Gecharterd voor u en brengt u rond om plaatsen te bezoeken die u wilt. Het uitzicht daar is zooooooooo geweldig en verjongend.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Het duurt ongeveer 15 minuten met de taxi vanaf de stad Sapa. De faciliteiten waren goed en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is ook heerlijk. Er was echter geen airconditioning in het restaurant, dus het was een beetje warm. De kamers zijn erg mooi en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch. Het zwembad was ook mooi en leuk. Dit is een plek waar ik de volgende keer zeker weer gebruik van wil maken.

Prachtige kamer, verbleef in een deluxe kamer met queensize bed en prachtig uitzicht. We hebben zowel mistige als heldere luchten meegemaakt, wat verschillende ervaringen opleverde. Het personeel was behulpzaam, het ontbijt was goed en het zwembad bood een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie is vlakbij Fansipan en Cat Cat Village. Absoluut een aanrader. Een pluim voor receptioniste Kate en haar personeel Jesse voor hun gastvrijheid.
