Hotels met spa in Seoul

Zoals verwacht van een relatief nieuw hotel, zijn de faciliteiten brandschoon. De locatie is ook werkelijk fantastisch! Het uitzicht op het Seokchon-meer zorgt ervoor dat ik constant uit het raam staar. Club Millesim is ook echt luxueus, met zijn japchae! Het is een geweldige plek om foto's te maken en het ontbijt is er absoluut heerlijk. Je moet het echt proberen!! Het is ook een geweldige plek om te ontspannen, dus ik heb heerlijk gerust. Het personeel, gekleed in hanbok, was van begin tot eind ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Rachel, die me hielp met inchecken, was ook ontzettend attent en aardig. Ik wil graag nog eens terug naar het Sofitel, want ik heb er zulke mooie herinneringen aan.

Het was leuk om hier een paar jaar geleden te verblijven op mijn 60e verjaardag. Ik bezocht Signiel Seoul voor de 60e verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Alles was een goede tijd Mijn vrouw was ook zeer tevreden. De kamer was mooi met uitzicht op de rivier de Han, en er was een lounge, fitness, zwembad, verblijfontbijt, etc. Het was een aangenaam verblijf van één nacht

De locatie van het hotel is fantastisch, direct naast de Myeongdong shoppingstraat. Het is erg dicht bij de winkelstraat, Shinsegae en Lotte. Het hotelpersoneel is ook erg vriendelijk; ze knikken en groeten je elke keer als je ze tegenkomt. Hoewel het hotel al wat ouder is, zijn de faciliteiten en de hygiëne nog steeds uitstekend.

Over het algemeen is het goed. Het is een relatief volwassen resort in Zuid-Korea en zeer geschikt voor het meenemen van kinderen. We woonden in een familiesuite in gebouw A, met twee slaapkamers, een woonkamer en twee badkamers. Het leek een beetje op een appartement en je kon koken. De kamer is zeer schoon, maar de inrichting is een beetje gedateerd. Naast woningen zijn er op de ondergrondse verdieping veel recreatieve voorzieningen, waaronder skelters, bowlen, goochelshows, spelhallen, enz., evenals sauna's en restaurants in verschillende stijlen. Oceanworld is een bezoek waard. De ondergrondse verdiepingen zijn allemaal met elkaar verbonden, dus loop er gewoon naartoe. Je kunt er zwemmen en spelen, en op de t****e verdieping kun je stomen en eten. Helaas kwam ik vroeg van mijn werk om 5.30 uur lokale tijd, en de stoomkamer is beschikbaar tot 7.30 uur. Het belangrijkste verkoopargument is skiën! Het is echt goed, er zijn veel buitenlanders, waaronder Chinese groepstoeristen en Zuidoost-Aziatische toeristen. Er is een speciaal loket voor buitenlanders, dus communicatie in het Chinees is geen probleem. Het wordt aanbevolen om uw eigen skikleding mee te nemen. Het ticket bevat alleen ski-uitrusting en niet de kleding die daar kan worden gehuurd, is relatief lelijk, wat prima is voor casual gebruik, maar het zal gênanter zijn als u dat wilt. foto's maken... U dient uw eigen skibril mee te nemen. Over het algemeen is het redelijk goed. De faciliteiten en uitrusting van het resort zijn zeer compleet en de diensten zijn goed. Het is geschikt om kinderen mee te nemen.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience each time I visit your hotel. The staff, in particular, has always made a positive impression, offering an exceptional level of service that truly enhances my stay. However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility. As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. The spirit of hospitality, in my view, lies in creating an environment where guests feel valued and respected, without the presence of any sense of hierarchy or authority overshadowing the experience.

I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to shopping, food, and public transport. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities we needed. The service was good and the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay in Seoul. Highly recommended!

The location of the reception office is a little bit difficult to locate but staff was helpful, the room interior was very new (could tell from the smell of the wooden closet). The in-room spa is very spacious, the room is also clean and well equipped. 2-3 nearby convenience stores downstairs. Would recommend if you are travelling in the Gangnam and nearby areas.

Pros : - great location : near market, restaurant and convenient shops , near train and bus station. - very comfortable bed and pillow. The pillow is so comfortable I wish I can buy it to bring home. - very big bath tub(onsen). - amenities provided : shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hairdryer (Dyson), bath herbal soak, toothbrush - love the freebies provided like makgeolli and Korean traditional sweet. Cons : - late checkin time (4pm), they don't even have a luggage storage area if you reach early. - all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. You need to carry the luggage yourself, there is no staff to help. Initially we were assigned to a room on 4th floor. We requested to change to a lower room because we (both girls) can't carry our big luggage up 😅 - there is only one water outlet to fill up the bathtub. It takes forever to fill up the tub, so we only manage to soak our legs. There is no curtain to cover the bathtub, so when you fill up with hot water the whole room will be covered with the hot air making everything 'wet'. Love the concept of the big tub but it's just not practical. - they only provide new towels and bath amenities when doing room cleaning. They didn't even make up the bed.
