"De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect en de faciliteiten behoren tot de beste in Yantai. De service was ook ongelooflijk hartelijk en professioneel.
We hadden een bijzondere ervaring tijdens ons verblijf: mijn zoon liet per ongeluk een van zijn schoenen in een DiDi-taxi liggen en we konden de chauffeur moeilijk bereiken vanwege de taalbarrière. Gelukkig deed medewerker Dragon Xu er alles aan om ons te helpen. Hij communiceerde met de chauffeur, regelde dat de schoen werd opgehaald en regelde zelfs alle bijbehorende details en kosten met grote zorg.
Die schoen had een heel speciale betekenis voor ons gezin en we zijn hem enorm dankbaar voor zijn vriendelijkheid en toewijding. Dankzij deze ervaring zullen we de volgende keer dat we Yantai bezoeken zeker weer met nog meer plezier in het Pullman Yantai Center verblijven."

2. Plush and Tech-Savvy Room — The king bed was cloud-like—firm yet cozy. Blackout curtains, a slick Bluetooth speaker, and a well-stocked minibar made the stay extra comfortable. It’s clear they didn’t cut corners on in-room amenities.
3. Front-Desk service — Cici !
Shoutout to Cici at reception—what a gem! She was not only polite and efficient but went above and beyond to make sure my room preferences were met pronto. Now that’s what I call five-star service!
4. Anna’s Next-Level Attentiveness
Big thanks to Anna from housekeeping. She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile!

· Bathroom Blunder
Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss.
🎯 FINAL VERDICT:
Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. But Marriott—y’all gotta tighten up the cleaning checks. If you do, this place would be nothing short of perfection.
Still, would I recommend it? For that epic ocean view and standout service? Absolutely. Just maybe give the tub a quick rinse first."

非常舒服的一次商旅出行。 酒店十分的乾淨且新，因為是2024年建的，也是我們第1次。入住萊州的這家酒店有早餐。房間大，明亮，通風，並且是地暖，很舒服，不像空調特別的乾冷。而且一層的話很有藝術氣息。同時還有機器人送貨上樓，刷卡入户。安全性拉滿。服務更是沒話説，早餐的種類也很豐富。滿分，5星好評。

The theme of our family’s year-end trip was, as always, a STAYCATION: enjoying a hotel with great amenities where we could eat well, rest well, and have fun. Our pick this time was Aloft Yantai. Of course, we achieved 100% of our travel goals. We ate well, rested comfortably, and had an incredibly enjoyable time. We were on cloud nine during our stay at Aloft Yantai! What made this trip even more meaningful than just accomplishing our travel goals was meeting a great friend—Eva Tong, the best hotelier at Westin&Aloft Yantai! With her positive energy, she leads the surrounding staff and provides the best service to customers. Eva is truly a born-to-be hotelier. Her thoughtful care for customers turned Westin&Aloft Yantai into a hotel with 100% loyalty from four of its guests. We will definitely visit as often as we can in the future and will work on effective viral marketing for Westin&Aloft Yantai. Lastly, I’d like to express my gratitude to all the wonderful staff who did their best during our stay.

The hotel is brand new. Just facing the seaside. It's perfect.
However, the area is still under development so there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets, convenience store around.Unless you walk for about 600meters and you will find low level shops for groceries and good level restaurants. We can't pretend much but as said, in one year my words will be meaningless.
Anyway, the hotel itself is really fantastic, nice breakfast, nice employees. Parking is free and it's a good thing. Development area in three kilometres away.

這次選擇酒店果然沒有讓人失望，大堂副理晶晶小姐姐服務太好了，熱情專業，妥善幫忙解決了入住過程中的一點小問題，房間衞生做的很好，細節處盡顯用心，讓人住的安心舒服，酒店地上地下都有停車位，停車方便也是免費的，甚至院裏還有充電樁，實在太方便了！大堂裝修也很上檔次，對應這個價位，簡直是最優選，強烈推薦！！

Very good experience in this hotel. Reception very professional and friendly. The hall of the hotel us clean and large, so good. The room was large and nice view. Many accessories in the bathroom and in the room. Only 2 things not so good. Have only 2 elevators working amd the bed room have the carpet.

The parent-child suite with the baby, the experience is particularly good! The location of the hotel is excellent, crossing the road is the Golden Beach beach, it is especially convenient to dig sand in the sea and play on the waves, and it is very friendly to children. The space is spacious, the layout is warm, the sanitation is very meticulous, the bedding is comfortable, the children especially like the slides and tents in the room, and they can play in the room for a long time. All the service staff are very enthusiastic, caring and thoughtful, and can borrow sand digging tools for free, saving the trouble of bringing their own luggage. The breakfast category is rich, both Chinese and Western food are available, the height of the children is a bit embarrassing, help me avoid the breakfast fee of the children, especially intimate! Our train time was a bit late, and we negotiated with the hotel for late check-out. We also sent a specialty gift package when we checked out, which was great value for money! The overall facilities are perfect, the parent-child holiday stay is very worry-free, next time you come to Yantai beach, you will choose this one, highly recommended!
