"This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great hotel. Good service staff. Only problem is that the self laundry machines needs to be improved as it takes too long to wash and dry our clothes (7 days wear x 2pax). 4.5 hours to wash and dry our laundry. The problem is the automated vertical drier."

"Deze keer toen ik naar Kunming ging, volgde ik de gids van Ctrip en koos ervoor om in de buurt van het metrostation Pedestrian Street te verblijven, zodat ik gemakkelijk kon reizen. Ik keek eerst naar de kamers bij het metrostation Wuyi, maar de kamers waren relatief klein en de omgeving zag er oud uit. Omdat ik al in meerdere stadshotels had verbleven tijdens mijn reizen naar andere plaatsen, deed ik een speciale zoekopdracht en vond ik dit hotel in Jiaosanqiao. Het zal in 2024 openen en op basis van mijn eerdere ervaringen met verblijven, lijkt het erop dat het erg goed zal zijn. Kies dus met vertrouwen. Het allerbelangrijkste is dat er in zijn huis een familiekamer is met twee bedden van 1,80 meter breed, wat echt geweldig is. Voor iemand als ik, die veel waarde hecht aan de kwaliteit van zijn slaap, zijn die bedden van 1,2-1,35 meter te klein. Deze is echt heel geschikt. Er werd voor het gezin van vier gezorgd. Het hotel is erg nieuw, het personeel is erg vriendelijk en alles wat je nodig hebt voor het inchecken en de dagelijkse benodigdheden wordt snel geleverd. De kamer is groot genoeg, rustig en heeft een mooi uitzicht vanuit het raam. Er zijn ook sportscholen, wasserettes en andere faciliteiten. Het is erg handig en ligt op ongeveer 3 minuten afstand van het metrostation. Beneden is er ook een kleine supermarkt, bakkerij, fruitwinkel, etc., dus u hoeft niet ver te lopen om boodschappen te doen. Ik heb Kunming Old Street persoonlijk uitgeprobeerd. Het duurt ongeveer 10 minuten om erheen te lopen. Het ontbijt verdient een speciale vermelding. Het is niet heel uitgebreid, maar wel heel verzorgd. Ik verbleef er drie nachten op rij en het ontbijt was eigenlijk iedere ochtend anders. Behalve de kruisbrugnoedels en rijstvermicelli, waarvan ik iedere dag twee kommen at, werden de andere groenten, gebak, pap en fruit iedere dag aangevuld. Het was heel attent en niet meer wat het geweest is. Ook de servicegerichtheid is uitstekend. Dat gezegd hebbende, heb ik twee suggesties: 1. De toiletdeur is een probleem dat alle stedelijke voorzieningen hebben. Het is een horizontale schuifdeur, heeft geen slot en is niet luchtdicht genoeg. Ook al woont iedereen er, toch is het een beetje onwennig om naar het toilet te gaan en te douchen; 2. De lichtregeling in de familiekamer is vrij slim, maar de schakelaars zijn met elkaar verbonden. Als twee kamers tegelijk aan en uit worden gezet, kan dat soms invloed hebben op de mensen in de andere kamer. Het zou beter zijn als dit per kamer afzonderlijk geregeld zou kunnen worden."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, which set a positive tone for our stay. Special thanks to Sam the butler and another gentle an who was very helpful and attentive. Another gentleman, possibly the manager, was also very polite and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. The hotel lobby is spacious and smells great, creating a pleasant first impression. Our room was comfortable, with decent pillows and mattress. It also had various small items provided, but some had unclear functions—adding a bilingual guide would be very helpful for foreign guests. Housekeeping was quick and responsive. When we had an issue and called for help, we couldn’t speak Chinese, but someone came directly to our door to understand what we needed—this effort was very much appreciated. One area for improvement: the lady at the front desk when we checked in on 30 Apr should improve her customer service skills, especially when assisting international guests. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming stay with helpful staff and a few areas that could make the experience even better."

"Perfect stay. The hotel is new, super clean, trendy interior. Staffs are nice, welcome and helpful. The location is 10 mins from railway station and Tangzixiang metro station, which directly can access to the airport. The only thing is soundproof of the room is a little off, you can hear sound from the corridor. Other than that this hotel is worth the money"
