"Een zeer bevredigend en ontspannen verblijf. Eerst dit resort heeft een geweldige locatie - midden in de bergen - waar u ziet is een geweldig uitzicht. Het personeel is zo coöperatief en goed gedragen. De kamers en de resorts zijn goed onderhouden. Het vervoer tussen de kamers, de receptie en het restaurant wordt goed onderhouden met continu aanbod van interne cabines - u hoeft niet langer dan 5 tot 10 minuten te wachten. De twee dingen waar ze beter kunnen doen zijn één, ik denk dat de huishoudelijke dienst beter zou kunnen zijn geweest. En twee, de uitrusting van de Happy Hub is niet goed onderhouden. En nu naar het grootste USP van het resort - het restaurant heeft een geweldige maaltijd. Ik heb 16 clubresorts Mahindra bezocht voor Kandagat, en ik kan zeggen, dit was het beste eten dat ik heb geprobeerd. Vergeet niet het buffet ontbijt, zeker niet het diner. Het servicepersoneel zorgt goed voor je, en de koks zullen je pannen. Namen van een aantal van de middelen die de verblijf geweldig maakten - Uit Receptie : Ita Uit Restaurant Service : Pankit, Lalta, Mehak, Yogesh, Vikrant, Kirandeep, Veronica, Hina, Aisha, Preeti Uit Huishoudelijke : Nikhil Chefs Lallan en Arpita gaven speciale aandacht. Chef Shubham maakte aangepaste gerechten voor onze dochter. Dus, de onderste lijn is - ik kom zeker terug. Heel en zeker aanbevolen"

"Just got back from a 2-night stay at Luxe Resorts, Kasauli, and we had an amazing time. It’s a family-run place, and the owners, Mr. and Mrs. S.K. Sharma, are incredible hosts. They personally welcomed us with smiling faces and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The staff really makes this place special. Miss Pooja at the reception made check-in and check-out super fast, and Tula Ram from security was very helpful. Everyone was genuinely polite and attentive. The location is excellent—surrounded by beautiful pine and deodar trees with peaceful valley views. It’s nicely lit up at night and has good car parking. Mall Road is just a short 15-minute walk (around 1.5 km) away. We loved the outdoor seating area where we could enjoy breakfast in the cool mountain breeze. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. Just as a small bit of feedback for things that could elevate the experience even further: adding a mini-fridge to the standard rooms would be a great touch. Also, adding a few more options to the breakfast menu and tweaking the biryani recipe would make the food perfect. Highly recommend staying here for the warm hospitality and peaceful vibes and will definitely visit again!"
