"We had booked 2 villas for a week for my grandson's 1st birthday. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children including my 1 year old grandson. Within 1 day of checking-in, people starting falling sick - vomiting, nausea, loose motion, fever etc. By the 4th day 4 adults and 2 children, including the 1 year old baby were severely sick. As a result the family holiday turned into a nightmare. 1 couple left 2 days earlier than planned while the rest of us cut short our trip by a day. We could not leave earlier as we were not fit to travel. It is obvious that there was some thing wrong with the food and hygiene in the complex. The management did not offer any apology / courtesy or discount. Also, at the time of check-in itself I had specified to them that I needed a separate Invoice for each of the rooms. My room had to be billed in my co. name. I provide the GST no and all required details. At the time of checkout I could not check the Invoice as I was too sick. My son simple paid the amount and we left. Later on when I saw the Invoice, I called the resort and wanted to speak to the Manager. It took multiple call and 3-4 days for me to get connected to him. When I finally manged to speak to him, he simply refused to split the Invoice or accept their mistake. in fact he tried to tell me that I had not asked for separate Invoices. Also, since it was a single booking, Invoice could not be split. Wow! Never heard of such a thing. Have neither come across such uncooperative people. All in all, it was a horrid experience. Please think twice before you decide to stay here."
