Layanan (4/5):** I really appreciate the hospitality and professionalism of the staff at the Swiss-Bellin Hotel. They were very responsive to my requests and were always available to provide the necessary information. however,there were few times when i felt that the service in the hotel restaurant could be a little faster. **2. Kamar (4/5):** The room I stayed in was quite comfortable with a big bed and the basic amenities needed. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and the supply of free drinking water daily. however,the room decoration is a bit simple and may need some updates. **3.facilities(3/5):** the hotel has some decent facilities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool,but they feel a bit small and not well maintained.the business center here is also quite functional,but needs some technology improvements. **4.location(5/5):** the location of this hotel is very good for my business purposes as it is in the city's business center.in addition,there are many restaurants and shops around,which makes it convenient to find food or shopping. **5. Food (3/5):** I tried to eat at the hotel restaurant and found the food quite good, although the menu selection is quite limited. The breakfast buffet had enough variety but not amazing. Overall, Swiss-Belin Hotel is a good place to stay if you come to this city for a short business or vacation. it may not be a luxury hotel,but the good service and strategic location make it a reasonable choice.

Good hotel clean and friendly staff with excellence services. 5 minutes walk to the beach, you will see the very clear sea water, bring your snorkeling to see endemic fishes and nemo. enjoy the sunshine at 06.00, swimming warm sea water, back to hotel for breakfast.
