位置好，機場附近，十分鐘就到了！房間寬敞，設施齊全，餐廳服務態度好，第二天要趕飛機，頭天晚上提前反饋，第二天一大早在前台收到了外帶的豐富早餐，有瓶裝水，雞蛋，麪包，酸奶，蘋果，有貼心的準備了一次性刀叉勺子和紙巾，特別點贊👍！

Great stay, hotel was was really premium and fantastic service from the staff Breakfast and room service was high quality Pool, Sauna and gym were all really great and felt luxurious, the pool especially was very relaxing Location is a little far from the centre but quick metro ride close by or hotel was great at organising taxis Would highly recommend!!!

Was zeer teleurgesteld dat de wifi in de kamer helemaal niet werkte. Dit is heel slecht gezien het feit dat dit een zakenhotel zou moeten zijn. Bovendien werd er helemaal geen poging tot compensatie aangeboden, ook al betaalde ik voor de geadverteerde wifi. Het personeel nam ook niet de moeite om de status na controle te updaten en ik moest de receptie opnieuw bellen om de update van de wifi te controleren. Dat gezegd hebbende, de kamer was voldoende en al het personeel was nog steeds aardig (voor Bulga**** normen).

I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in quiet area. Big building free parking. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

This is not the first time I have stated in Grami it has a perfect location, and the price is good. Also, it is close to some key points.

Strategically situated from Sofia airport and at close distance to the metro.

Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon.

De locatie is geweldig, maar de blonde vrouw bij de receptie had een nogal onvriendelijke houding. Ze glimlachte niet en leek nogal afstandelijk. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar hier aandacht aan kan besteden. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Location is top of the consideration. Centre located that you can walk to most popular attraction. Metro or tram is very close within steps. Hotel is partly renovated. I believe it will be amazing when finished. Breakfast is not included. 15 Lev per person with small buffet that you can choose most popular items, ie, eggs, ham, sausages, breads or cereals. But they are not very hot on the warmers. However, I would still recommend people to go there for sleep and shower. Room was big enough and balcony overlook the city. Price is very good compare to same standard 3 stars hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English that is convenient. Good luck!
