Location

Lovely surprise in the heart of Sofia , walking distance to all the sights , restaurants and shopping . The staff is young , energetic and very welcome . Details made my stay memorable , complimentary coffee all day , biscuits and cake , a bottle of 1,5 lt of mineral water everyday in the room for free , you can leave your bags the day of the departure in lockers for free . Clean and quiet . The only bad note is the Wifi ,very spotty , kept getting off . But otherwise I highly recommend it !

i would just like to share my gratitude for the staff of this hotel, very well located, for the perfection they maintain it very clean, peaceful and so efficient; absolutely nothing to complain, only compliments from my side; appreciated a lot the fact the room has an entry suite where one can receive the friends - with generous sofa and tea facility, without intrusion to the proper bedroom;

We had everything we needed in the room. The hotel was in the exact center of the city. The manager was so kind and helpful. We are surely going to book again.

This a modern clean place to stay right in the centre of town. The room as compact, comfortable and just right. Excellent shower. The staff were really good at welcoming and helping us find taxis and guiding us where to eat out and go sight seeing. English language excellent. Just 150 yards from the law courts where the free walks go from. Restaurants and bars within a couple minutes walk.

Good experience with lake view resort and good service

As others have said this is a great location. One person mentioned the difficulty of checking in which we also had. There is a front desk but no one is there before 11 am or after 7pm. Check on this. The times may have changed. This is not a regular Hotel. It is on the 4th floor of an office like building. When someone is there they were always very helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby we could never get to work. When we were there something happened at about 4 am which made us all evacuate the hotel which was a bit disturbing especially since there was no desk clerk to help. The price and the location were great as was the room.

Great location. Perfect for bars and restaurants

Great location and close to everything. The room was quite small but very clean and comfortable. There is a Lidl a 3 minute walk away and the metro is about 5 minutes. All the main sights are walkable and it is a 2 minute walk from the main Vitosha Blvd which has many restaurants and cafes. It felt very safe and secure with very friendly staff. They provide free tea/coffee and biscuits which is a nice touch. Lockers to leave your luggage when you check out/arrive early. I would definitely stay here if I return to Sofia.

This has been a terrible experience with the front desk. MIRA the receptionist has not been helpful about anything we ask for or needed. Everything with her has been a problem. We were 2 days without TV as she said nobody answers the phone when she calls to the Cable company. Also she can only wait for 4 minutes for someone to answer. When we needed a refund for staying 14 days instead of 15 days she said she could not give us a refund on the credit because her terminal does not allow it. So we had to call our credit card company to dispute one day extra- charge. We are coming back to Sofia the summer of 2026 and will not stay in this hotel if MIRA is still working there. Otherwise the other employees have been wonderful. MIRA is the problem especially since she wants to argue with the guests and be defiant. Very disappointed.
