"Optimale locatie, op slechts een paar wandelingen van het strand. Op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en de haven. Bushalte 2 minuten achter het hotel. Goed ontbijt uitzicht op zee. Het enige wat er kan zijn is de kamer op de grond, het onmogelijk om de tent te openen, wandeling weg. Ik heb een kleine badkamer. Voor de rest is het een goede ervaring."

"Hotel was excellent cannot fault anything . We received a very warm welcome and a nice cooling drink. The public areas are light and airy and spotlessly clean . The bedrooms are well furnished and spotless and the daily housekeeping service was excellent . The grounds are beautiful as is the pool area and plenty of sun beds . All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Good choice of food and drinks in the on site restaurant . The Greek BBQ evening was very good and excellent value for money and the Mamma Mia film night was very good too. Excellent location with a good selection of restaurants in walking distance and the local supermarket 2 minutes walk. Bus stop is virtually opposite the hotel and the bus runs every 10 minutes into the town.Access to the beach across the road and a 5 minutes walk Highly recommend Highly recommend"

"Our room upon arrival was called a rear standard room , the room itself was okay but not great quality but its only for sleeping, that said the bathroom was small and poor , the shower had black mould all around, it leaked every time you took a shower flooding the floor , the sink had mould all around the sealant, and a broken sink. We booked half board ( big mistake ) please don't book this option, the service was poor even though we were the only people on half board , the menu choices were limited and remained the same all week , the standard of the food was poor, overcooked and reheated, so we exchanged the evening meal for lunch time snack menu which was limited , so we ended up eating out or eating the same thing every day , this reflected on the fact that no one ate at the hotel and it was very quiet , lesson learned . The staff were super friendly so no complaints there however they forgot frequently your order so having to chase which is comical as no on ate there . I would not return but the location was ideal and i would return to the Island , i cannot understand however that it has been given 4 rating, i would class this hotel more like a hostel and 2-3 rating at the most ."

"The Anamar is in a great location, a 20 min walk into town (all downhill) past some amazing airport landings! There are plenty of taxis are available for a very reasonable price to get you home. Hotel staff are lovely, very polite and helpful! Typical Greek breakfast (ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries) was available, plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is a little dated but very clean and everything in our room/at the pool worked well. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely be back😁"

Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence

"Mijn dochter en ik hielden absoluut van mysterie! Onze Deluxe Suite met Panorama uitzicht was zo ruime! We genoten het zwembad, morgenvroeg en middag cocktails. En het eten op de site van Savour was heerlijk! Maar het was het personeel dat ons hier herinnerbaar maakte! De manager Katarina was buitengewoon hulpeloos... altijd helpen ons de taxi’s te organiseren, ons vertellen hoe het bussysteem te gebruiken, en zelfs ons te verblijven voor een extra nacht na onze ferry werd geannuleerd. Andere personeelsleden waren ook opmerkzaam, leuk, en zelfs met ons gedeeld hun favoriete strand op het eiland... we voelden ons als familie... we wilden niet vertrekken. Ik zou hier graag blijven en hopen om op een dag weer terug te komen."

"All new and modern I used a very small double room with single beds located a little under the road and my rating is also in relation to the price/quality ratio and services Excellent welcome with 2 daily Nespresso capsules included in addition to water (well done) New and modern but the bathroom lacks a bidet and the shower has a terminal that is not fixed at the top Very close to the center, with parking, super wifi Excellent air conditioning, many electrical sockets Good amenities Shampoo and shower gel"

"This accommodation should come with a BIG warning because there is no vehicular access. Access is via about twenty steep steps, a trail of narrow paths, or a steep hill. Either way, anyone with luggage will struggle. My kind taxi driver helped me when I arrived, on my departure, a jolly man from Manchester heaved my bag to the top of the hill. I was lucky. The hotel itself is unusual. Think of visiting the home of someone who has not bought any new furniture for the last fifty years but has collected knick-knacks and you are on the right track. However, the bedroom was clean and the bed linen was of a high quality. Breakfast is served from 8.00 in the morning and it was delicious. A pot of coffee, decent orange juice, greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts, mini croissants, toasts, fresh bread and cake. There was also cereal if you wanted it. Lots of cats seem to live there but were all outside when I visited. Mine was a last-minute booking for one night because of weather problems affecting the ferries. I'm not sure I would want to stay there for any length of time."

"Location of this hotel was perfect for us. The hills didn’t cause any issue, we stayed in lower level main building which was ideal. The breakfast was ok, could have had better selection of fruit, and the toaster took forever to toast bread but it wasn’t end of world as it was never busy. The coffee was best part of breakfast for me. The driver kindly dropped us to beach a couple of times which we were grateful for although it’s only a few minutes walk anyway. Pool area was small but adequate and always able to get a bed. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and easy to get into town on bus but it does get crowed. Loads of nice places to eat in town. Koukaniaries beach is well worth a visit - can get busy so avoid weekends. But the sea is definitely worth the trip. We also went in Mama Mia trip which was great fun and also spent day at Tsgourias we took small ferry from port."

Magic Hotel

"Well what a wonderful find - we stayed for 2 weeks and had one of the best holidays of our life. Ok, it may have a fair few steps but boy what a reward with the views. Every corner is spotlessly clean, staff helpful & friendly. The breakfast was perfect to suit most tastes and ‘ The View ‘ restaurant served Fabulous meals and free ouzo ! We stayed in June and there were plenty of sunbeds and reserving with towels is not allowed. Maybe would get a little short in peak season. The pool is large and just what you need after a trip into Skiathos town. If I had to find a fault it would be that there is a little traffic noise otherwise 10/10 ."
