My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we got stuck in Santorini after our flight was cancelled. We informed the hotel and they said they would get back to us with information. They never did. We called again and asked to talk to a manger but the man on the phone refused to help. They happily took our money when it was not possible to physically be there and have cited their cancellation policy which requires 14 days notice. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t give us 14 days notice. They need to be more professional with their customer service and perhaps review their policy for extenuating circumstances.

Staff were accommodating. Room was very large and clean. Great view. Great location close to town.

You need to be a mountain goat to get to the front door and the confronted with a further set of stairs no good for families with cases, elderly or disabled

It appears that the hotel was closed. The doors were locked and no one answered the telephone. I went to a local cafe for about an hour, then came back and gave it another try. Still not luck. As I was banging on the door, the neighbours came out and directed me to another nearby hotel, the Atlas. Luckily, they were open and I was able to get a room.

Great little hotel in center of the town..couldn't have been in a better location. Dimitris was extremely helpful pointing out things to see & places to go, even carried our cases to our room. No lifts & stairs steep so not for everyone but manageable for most.

I left a day early as wasn’t happy with the room. Very tired decor, bit drab and depressing overall. Basic things like shower didn’t work very well. “Sea view” balcony was a disappointment - didn’t use. Would not return.

The hotel is less than a 10 minutes walk from the ferry and the main corridor of the town. The staff is excellent, I had my luggages bought up and down the stairs by the man at the reception desk. The room had a sea view and was very comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again ☺️

If you want a place just to sleep at night while you are enjoying the island the rest of the time, it is great.
It is conveniently located but difficult to find. It needs better directions.
