"Location location location ! Best location you can get , 5-7 min walk to cable car . Superb female (are we allowed to say this) receptionist, the men not so helpful. Lovely room but tricky for family of 4 with only one toilet and one shower . Rooms were actually too hot and after requesting fans these were given (but many plugs in room didn’t work). Great dinners if you’ve got no dietary preferences don’t expect them to care or cater for you - my preferences were entirely and absolutely ignored (being lactose intolerant ) despite writing it down and despite mentioning my allergy when giving orders for dinner which had to be made at breakfast!! So we felt a bit hard done by, having paid full rate but not being accommodated . Also rather annoying that you must pay €5 per bottle of sparking water that is plonked on your table and opened when the Dolomites water is free from the tap and amongst the best in the world Breakfast was extremely poor, not much variety . Eggs were served as if cooked by a 3 year old , messy , no garnish and just very little variety from buffet . No replenishment either . When items were finished that was that even if it was nowhere near end of breakfast . The hotel is otherwise relaxing and tranquil , nice to have the sauna . I’m sure it’s gorgeous in winter !"

"A place that makes you feel like home: luxury yet cozy, with everyone so easygoing. Walking distance to Seiser Alm ski station, flexible lunch hours, and an all-inclusive formula with great drinks. Every detail delight the senses: the spa, the bathtub in the room, the motivational messages at breakfast, the unique scents in each space. Our last dinner? Absolutely Michelin-worthy: saffron risotto with shrimp and the most perfect beef filet. Not to mention the soul warming soups we had everyday!!"

"This hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday: in addition to the very comfortable beds and the excellent, well-prepared food, the garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The location is also enchanting, with many of the rooms overlooking the Sciliar mountain range. The wellness area offers various options for rejuvenating after countless hikes in the area. If I were to choose to spend a week in the mountains to relax and hike, I hope to find a place at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff at Parc Hotel Florian from Giulia in Milan."

"We komen al meer dan 40 jaar in dit hotel, dat tot dit voorjaar door een familie werd gerund, maar we hebben nog nooit zo'n slecht eten voorgeschoteld gekregen als nu door de nieuwe eigenaar. Je moet een vergrootglas gebruiken om te zien wat er op je bord ligt, laat staan hoe het smaakt. In die acht dagen raadde de ober steeds dezelfde wijn aan - het huismerk - en geen bekende wijnmakerij uit Zuid-Tirol, zoals vroeger wel het geval was. Het hotel adverteert ook met streekproducten, maar we kregen de indruk dat de gerechten kant-en-klaar worden aangeleverd, zonder enig spoor van verse producten. Het personeel deed zijn best; er waren maar twee medewerkers die we van vroeger kenden en die ook Duits spraken; alle anderen spraken alleen Engels of Italiaans. De wandelmogelijkheden waren ook niet meer wat we gewend waren. Het is te duur voor wat er wordt aangeboden. We gaan op zoek naar een nieuw vakantiehotel."

"Marvelous. Check-in from 2pm and instead the room was ready at 9am. We also immediately made use of the breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness, if we left the dog in the room the receptionist had it cleaned while we had breakfast on the terrace (you can bring the dog on a leash). Super view from the Garmisch suite (second floor) on the San Valentino church. Breakfast with a wide choice, sweet and savory, lactose-free and soya-free products available, eggs cooked in all ways. Maximum availability for advice on trekking and restaurants (we were all satisfied with both the food and the location). Washing machine and dryer in the basement (perfect because they don't disturb) completely available to customers free of charge. Mini fridge in the room, silent. Covered garage, cars always in the shade. Well done, special thanks for the dog sitting service for a sudden problem!"

Floris Green Suites by Parc Hotel Florian ★★★★

"Our stay at Floris for the year-round was wonderful. After a warm greeting we could discover directly our suite and enjoy another hot late Macchiato at the afternoon jasmine, wonderfully after the long arrival. Our suite was super quiet (I'm unfortunately sound sensitive), clean and very well thought, because the floor heating can be separately regulated, which has not made the sleeping area a sauna. The sauna in the room we used regularly and actually the bathroom in December! Breakfast in the room was genial, but also the breakfast buffet in the main house Florian did not open any wishes. The mountain tram is a small footway, because we have used regularly instead of climbing in the ski bus (holds right in front of the door). The afternoon jaw is a great thing if the little hunger comes, but you should not beat too hard because the dinner follows! The dinner was so delicious, actually the Antipasti buffet is enough, but it follows more and then there was the billing on the wage, but we will like to be back in the Floris or Florian and to be seduced from the delicious Let's - it's a holiday! We're coming back and are happy now. Thank you very much and everything is good for the whole wonderful team."
