It is already the best hotel in the area, but the hotel is very old. The lobby looks okay, but there is a very strong musty smell in the room. The dinner and breakfast are not delicious, and it is not very friendly to Chinese people. Everything in the room is... No, it took half an hour to check in and ten or twenty minutes to check out. I don’t know what to confirm.

The beds were super, super comfortable and we had the largest room on the top floor with amazing city/hill views from 2 windows. The rooms sizes seem reasonable. The staff were all very lovely and helpful and the location is close to the lake (10 minutes walk). The bathroom was large and the water was hot. Breakfast was nice but expensive and Wi-Fi was excellent. Sadly, The decor of the room was in poor condition and needs redecorating. Wallpaper is peeling and walls are marked. The window blinds were all broken. The pool and surrounding area did not look inviting at all. The pool looks dirty. Such a shame. If they could fix the decor and pool we would have given this 5/5.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, the service was truly excellent. We arrived early, but were still able to check in. We were greeted with cold refreshing coconut drinks and snacks, and the most helpful, lovely staff. Our room was beautiful, very stylish, with a small balcony, lovely bathroom (great toiletries!) and extremely comfortable bed. Perfect! The breakfasts were delicious, such a varied choice of food, with good coffee! We are vegan but there was plenty for us to eat. Day 2 we had freshly prepared hoppers filled with lentil dahl - so yummy! Location is ideal, very close to the lake and not far from the train station. We bumped into a gentleman who works at the hotel when we were out exploring (he was off-duty at the time but recognized us from when we checked in) and he was SUPER helpful, walking with us for a while, pointing out some interesting places to go, and he even helped us buy tickets for a traditional dance show. We were only in Kandy for 2 nights, but really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

One of Queen's advantages: excellent location. Across the road is Kandy Lake and Temple of the Tooth. Go out and pass the signal light on the right hand side is the big supermarket. The second advantage: the historical background, everyone who studies this hotel must know it, so there is no need to say more. In addition, this 100-year-old elevator can still be used now, which can be regarded as an eye-opening experience for children. The third advantage: the price is really cheap. Disadvantages: The room is too old, from furniture to bathroom. It does not meet the needs of modern use. The room is on the small side. Breakfast is average. The environment is much better than in Kandy. Going through a bumpy road. It's very gray. Sometimes it's blocked. The hotel was nice to check in early when we checked in that day. As the brother of the Tutu bus in Colombo was too enthusiastic to help us buy a seven-point train ticket, the next morning at breakfast, Ms. Checkin came over to say one of the reservations. To make up the difference. I think the hotel in Sri Lanka is curious that the price for one and two people is different. Later, the difference was more expensive than Ctrip. I still feel uncomfortable. She did n’t say when she checked in. Breakfast was okay. I ’m not quite used to the buffet here. The fried egg brother opened my stack of fried eggs by hand. The fruits are all papaya and watermelon. They are not very rich. The floor-to-ceiling window of the restaurant was not like that when I booked. There are three glass pieces in the middle. Bedding was more comfortable. Kandy was dirty and messy overall. I did n’t think I would come back, and the room had a balcony.

The room was clean and comfortable. Sitting in the lobby and around the swimming pool is very comfortable, you can be in a daze all day long! The surrounding environment is very good. There is a lake next to the hotel and a small hill opposite. Wake up in the morning and listen to the birds singing, by the way, there are many crows here😄

Originally booked Grand, who knew that it was cancelled without reason before check-in, it was really speechless, and then I was forced to change this one when I was playing. This one has a good environment, but the location is too biased and there is nothing around. Originally, Kandy is the mountain city, eating is not convenient, The overall view of the top of the mountain is not as good as I booked before, but I can't see anything, because I went out to eat and passed by, the grand location is excellent. The room facilities are old, the roof is covered with foam, the service is not bad, the price is high, and the price is not high. Breakfast is also ordered.
