The room was spacious, bright, immaculately clean, and entirely odor-free. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The availability of a gym and a laundry room was incredibly convenient. Our room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, Atour Village tea, and even a wireless charger on the nightstand. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable. They also offered complimentary bottled water upon check-out. My entire family was extremely pleased with our stay. Atour truly impressed us, and we will definitely choose it again!"

"The room was old and dilapidated, the lights were dim, and the four-person suite only had one small bottle of shower gel and shampoo, which was far from enough. The shampoo was of poor quality and produced no lather. The room phone couldn't connect directly to the front desk, there was no check-in brochure, and no information about the room facilities. There were very few power outlets, and surprisingly, no charging sockets by the bed. Breakfast was 58 yuan per person, but the selection of main dishes, drinks, and vegetables was very limited, which was definitely not worth it considering the prices in Siping. I needed a simple bag to carry a change of clothes, but the front desk said they didn't have any, and my reservation hadn't arrived yet! They couldn't provide any amenities. Should the room rate be discounted? The staff's first reaction to any question was always to refuse, saying they didn't have it and there was nothing they could do. Both the facilities and the services were completely disproportionate to the 900+ yuan price tag, far worse than even the most basic budget hotel."
