We didn’t have enough toilet paper or soap and at about 9pm while myself and my elderly mom were watching TV a stranger walked into her room. Key cards shouldn’t work on rooms that aren’t there’s. Kind of an unsettling situation.

Lilly at the front desk was fantastic. Lilly went out of her way to get me conjoining rooms so I could keep tabs on the kids staying in my second room.

Clean quiet property. Beds were comfortable. Things were spacious. We’ll stay again. Great place to stay at night before a flight goes to the airport.

The pool chemicals were very “off” - burned our eyes and our skin. Heat lamp wasn’t working in the pool, so it was freezing, towels have holes in them.

Not so good the staff seemed more like we were interrupting their free time than being helpful we waited an hour for the hotel to get us a taxi they could have communicated to us better then delay very unprofessional

We stayed here awhile back and then again last weekend just because of proximity to the airport and it was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area. The same problem with both rooms is the beds, both rooms the beds are old and sunk in in the middle, very uncomfortable and the pillows are small and way to soft. Staff was good, room was clean but the breakfast was limited with a sign up saying due to limited staff that the food choices were limited. We were stuck in a blizzard for 2 days waiting for the airline to get our daughter back to college, but because of the beds we moved to the Hampton Inn a few miles away and had a wonderful experience. Staff there was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was WAY better, the room, shower and especially the beds were absolutely better for the extra $40 it cost us. Walking out that morning I noticed every room that was open while being cleaned had saggy mattresses. Fix that problem and I'd consider staying again but not until.

We’ll maintained and comfortable. A good value. I travel for a living and I’d rate this in the top 5% in this price range.

Overall, a good value.
Nothing in the immediate surrounding area except a truck stop.
Only thing that bothered me at the hotel was that the chlorine level in the pool area (water and air) was so strong that I could not go in there, like, REALLY burning and choking.

Overall it was a good stay. Clean room, but dated. Comfortable bed. Nice pool area but the pool was small and cold. Hot tub was nice. Continental breakfast had a good variety of options. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.
