Sleep Inn Airport Sioux Falls

The girl working did it all. Front desk, breakfast food, you name it. Room was nice and service was great!

Handy...food next door. The building is need of more repairs. There were people working on it, but things were worn and could be a little cleaner. I felt safe & employees were helpful.

Sleep Inn was a really nice surprise. Rare price for a really nice environment on the inside. The neighborhood is a little shady but I felt safe and really liked my room!!

We booked this room for a medical appointment and it fit the bill perfectly!! Easy to find, rooms were very clean, beds left a little to be desired but overall a great place to stay!!

It always seems so dirty and dingy around there. The staff stand outside the main door to have their cigeritte breaks

Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The area was kind of shady where we checked in, mostly because of the people sitting out front and coming and going in the lobby. Not sure if they were living there, just hanging out , or what! Once other customers started showing up and we checked into our room ,it seemed more normal. Short walking distance to the denny sanford center, for the concert we were there for. The hallways could have used some vacuming and the place has a lot of wear and tear. The beds weren't bad, could use new pillows.

Very kind employees. Nice quiet stay. Hot breakfast in the morning. Coffee in the room.

Did not have my reservation for 2 rooms, 2 other parties had same thing happen moments before we tried to check in. Hotel said they were full, didn’t seem to care or offer to suggest another hotel

Where do I begin? Immediately when we walked in I got “Roadway Inn” vibes which is an immediate red flag. We get to the room and while it was somewhat clean, we noticed a hand print on the black closet that was in the room and the smoke detector was hanging off of the ceiling, not properly placed. We got dressed and went to dinner and then a concert. We got back around 1030pm and attempted to sleep but after an hour of other people yelling and swearing and hitting walls and doors and after attempts to get people to be respectful we left. The employee at the front desk refused to help and even rolled his eyes at my wife when we said we were checking out. We left at 1130. I attempted to get a refund( I wasn’t expecting it) and was told that because the bed and been layed in and the shower appeared to be used( I turned it on to see if it even worked) I was told there would be no refund. I have never ever left a hotel early out of a poor environment and lack of care from employees. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy at this location. 10/10 do not recommend.
