"The hotel itself is super , modern, clean. The problem was that neither of my stays did the air condition work, always different explanations. Luckily the nights were not hot outside so the window could have been kept open, however there was a party in the parking area of the hotel so due to the noise needed to be closed. There was a fan in the room but did not help much as there was 26 Celsius in the room. The bistro of the hotel is quite good, however the staff of the bar was rude. The morning staff was really nice. I stayed here twice, both times same experience. Normally would not stay after the first, but gave a second chance as the hotel is very comfortable, wellness is really nice and the rooms are great."

"We took 3 of our kids to Siofok this time and stayed in their suite, which is more like an apartment - about 100m2 of space: a spacious anteroom with access to one of the terraces, a large living room (2 full sofas with chairs) with a small bar area, from where you can get to the separate whirlpool room that itself has an exit to the second terrace running across all main rooms. A corridor leads from the living room to a wardrobe room, a small sleeping room (2 single beds), the bathroom (large, toilet, bidet, walk in shower), and the main sleeping room. The sleeping rooms, too, have access to the terrace. The suite was very warm - clearly the hosts are not compromising on comfort. The suite was neat and clean as well - great place to stay. The facilities are fabulous, too. The spa offers one big pool, a small baby pool, a whirlpool, and a smaller pool with whirls as well. There are several saunas (plus one ice pool) too. There is a cocktail bar, and the entire area is spacious enough never to feel crowded, even if the place is "busy". Breakfast and dinner are usually included in the room rates, and both offer a large variety of dishes. The quality of the food is outstanding, and so is the taste. You would come to this place for the food alone. Their selection of wines is very good and lets you explore Hungarian wines with pleasure. Last but not least - everybody is really, really hospitable and friendly, and very family oriented: most guests have kids, and the hotel also offers some kids' activities as well. This was a dream stay, and we will come back of course."

"Erg mooi, schoon appartement met airco en alles wat je nodig hebt op een toplocatie, direct naast het park en op een paar minuten lopen van de boulevard, het strand en de haven. Parkeren kan gratis aan de weg of voor een kleine meerprijs achter het hek naast het appartement. Binnen een minuut zit je middenin het feest terwijl je er niets van hoort in het appartement, echt super! De eigenaar is enorm behulpzaam, flexibel en altijd snel bereikbaar. Wij vertrokken helaas een paar dagen eerder dan verwacht en gehoopt maar in goed overleg was dat geen probleem. Wij komen terug!"

"“+” 2x-room spacious apartments on the beach of Balaton, a large lodge with lake view, kitchen with all necessary, 2 refrigerators, bottom indoor pool, 2 jacuzzi, bath, gym. “-” Registration only electronic, number is quite nodded, the couch is uncomfortable, eviction is already at 10:00, the lodge is furnished on the edges of birds whose nests hang inside the balcony. 🤔 In general, a good option."

"The restaurant part had a slow service - no communication before order - pizza is served very fast, drinks too. The rest of food order took 60 minutes until it was served. The quality was not good. Burger horrible - we ordered same food twice , the two plates looked different in portion and in everything. The fried meat was made not in fresh oil - you could taste it. Jump in for a drink and pizza but nothing more"

"Perfectly lovely stay. Probably not as upmarket as the website makes out - a lot of the facilities feel like they haven’t been updated in 20 years or so. But all perfectly usable and clean, and staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (and almost all spoke perfect English, and which was a pleasant surprise). Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties. Lots of variety of meals. Location was strong, with a lovely view of the lake and dock. About a 15 minute walk along to the seafront, though there were lots of hireable scooters outside which made it much faster. Hotel itself was very quiet during our mid-June visit, which was nice. Dining space was almost totally empty so we never had to wait. The “spa” is really just a medium pool with adjoining kids’ pool and hot tub. Perfectly pleasant but probably closer to a leisure centre experience than a luxury one. Don’t think there were ever more than six people in the pool at a time, including the two of us. However the steam rooms and sauna are only used a few days a week, so weren’t on for the duration of our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Bedrooms were basic but absolutely fine. A kettle might have been nice but maybe that’s just my British showing! Air con in the room was much appreciated; we had it on around the clock. I would definitely recommend the hotel, but would advise not to focus too much on the “four star” part of the name, and instead expect a more standard holiday package hotel experience. My only other note is that we were plagued with flies while out on the balcony in the evening. Not the end of the world and certainly not within the hotel’s control, but it was mentioned in passing during checkout that we could have asked for bug spray at reception - keep in mind if you have a lake view room!"

"Mijn verblijf in het Azur Premium Hotel in Siofok was heerlijk. De locatie bij Lake Balaton biedt prachtige uitzichten, en de kamers zijn modern, schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en oppassend, waardoor een aangename ervaring werd gegarandeerd. Het diner op de plek was indrukwekkend, met een verscheidenheid aan smaakopties. De spa en wellnessfaciliteiten voegden een ontspannen touch toe. Erg aanbevolen voor een vreedzame en aangename getaway."
