We have had a lamentable experience with the service of this hotel, the team is scaryly mal trained and has made very serious mistakes. We check-in on Friday night, always keeping in contact with the hotel to inform about the time of arrival (although not necessary, we take care of that) and, The hotel was in the wrong room and the room had no helping bed for my son. The receptionist could not calculate the number of days when check-out, which usually starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day. I was charged indebtedly and needed to return to request returns from the indebted value. In addition to disorders, contacts with the reception were very difficult and disgusting. In short, accommodation is good, but the service can completely destroy the experience. I do not recommend for stay over a quick night - remember to take savon, shampoo and even towels yourself, for precaution.

I stayed hosted, at the end of March , I booked 2 rooms, 1 pm and my boyfriend another p my mother , because I would go through a surgical procedure in the city. The value of the daily was not the same as that of the day they passed me through the phone, who answered me had spoken to me on the daily of R$500,00, on the balcony was charged R$600,00, but as I needed and all hotels in the city were loaded due to a I left the two paid rooms at the entrance, and surprised, at the check out the attendant said that it was not paid, I had to show the bill of my credit card, very disgusting. The hotel is very nice to stay in the hotel, and it is very nice to stay in the hotel.

I stayed hosted, at the end of March , I booked 2 rooms, 1 pm and my boyfriend another p my mother , because I would go through a surgical procedure in the city. The value of the daily was not the same as that of the day they passed me through the phone, who answered me had spoken to me on the daily of R$500,00, on the balcony was charged R$600,00, but as I needed and all hotels in the city were loaded due to a I left the two paid rooms at the entrance, and surprised, at the check out the attendant said that it was not paid, I had to show the bill of my credit card, very disgusting. The hotel is very nice to stay in the hotel, and it is very nice to stay in the hotel.

We check-in on Friday night, always keeping in contact with the hotel to inform about the time of arrival (although not necessary, we take care of that) and, The hotel was in the wrong room and the room had no helping bed for my son. The receptionist could not calculate the number of days when check-out, which usually starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day.
