A few days later, I drove 200 km for my personal pillow, and after waiting an hour, they told me it would be ready tomorrow! I had a flight, so I had to leave without it!"

"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."

De fitnessruimte, het zwembad en het hotel zijn zeer sterk. Het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk, u kunt de kleur 々 raadplegen. Ik vrees dat de waskosten 1500 ton zijn en erg duur."

"Pathetic hotel. I booked this hotel for a overnight stay in Siliguri. The service was horrible. Wifi doesn’t work. Geyser doesn’t work properly. When asked for a bottle of water on the day of checkout, they asked me to pay for the water. So it has to be assumed that people have to drink water cautiously when staying in this hotel. Also there was no phone in my room to call the reception. When you are paying 2.7k for a night, I believe these basic services are expected. Horrible hotel. I don’t know how they are running this hotel. Next time I am in Siliguri, I would rather stay in an OYO than this third class hotel. If there was an option of negative star, I would have given that."
